Yunael Chase

The driver stomped down on the gas. All the passengers suddenly jerked back as the station wagon picked up speed, and Mary grew larger within their eyes. Mary smiled. It was a look of delight. Yunael made up her mind. If she did not run now, she would die for sure.

Yunael kicked out the rear door and went flying out the back with it. The men seemed to be shouting about something, but they were not telling her to stop. The door cushioned the impact as Yunael hit the ground. Yunael then used the door as a stepping board as she jumped up and used the momentum to start running again.

The sound of something bouncing and tumbling over and over again came from behind her. It was the sound of a massive, high speed object rolling over a road surface, followed by the sound of a concrete wall shattering. However, Yunael did not turn back. She did not care even as the laundry hanging from drying poles stuck to her face as she charged into a private house, running from the hallway to the living room, then into the kitchen before running past a middle-aged woman in an apron, who was staring with wide eyes, and finally she smashed through a window, rolled along the ground, before reaching a T-junction shortly after. There was a high stone wall in front of them; a very distinctive place. The only stone walls in N-City were near North Park; if they could vault this wall, they would be able to reach North Park. From there, it was only a short distance to Monzenmae-chou.

Yunael held the safe in her left hand and climbed the stone wall with her right hand and both legs. The slope was very steep, but it was not a sheer drop. Given the strength of Magical Girls, who could climb skyscrapers that extended straight up from the ground, scaling a stone wall like this with one hand while carrying a massive safe like this was by no means impossible. That said, Yunael had always focused on flying and did not have much chance to run and jump, so it was hardly an easy task. However, she eventually managed to ascend the wall, and after grabbing the fence and pulling herself up and over, she breathed a deep sigh of relief.
