  5. We are looking for a highly analytical individual with a demonstrated interest in technology to join our growing Customer Success team as a Software Support Specialist. This is a remote, entry level position that can be performed anywhere in the US.

  9. Responsibilities:
  10. Answering phones and emails, providing support on a wide range of topics
  11. Act as a trusted advisor to new and prospective customers
  12. Review customer requirements to provide the most optimal solution for their organization
  13. Troubleshoot technical issues and communicate back to the customer
  14. Stay up-to-date by reading technical articles and receiving training for new features
  16. All shifts are full-time. Your usual schedule would consist of 8.5 hour shifts but more time may be required depending on daily circumstances. We are currently looking for individuals in the US who would like to work:

  19. USA Eastern Standard Time: 4:30PM-1AM, Sunday -Thursday, Friday and Saturday off
  20.  USA Central Standard Time: 3:30PM-12:00AM, Sunday -Thursday, Friday and Saturday off
  21.  USA Mountain Standard Time: 2:30PM-11PM, Sunday -Thursday, Friday and Saturday off
  23. Late Shift Option
  24. USA Eastern Standard Time 7PM-3:30AM, Tuesday-Saturday, with Sundays and Mondays off
  25. USA Central Standard Time 6PM-12:30AM, Tuesday-Saturday, with Sundays and Mondays off
  26. USA Mountain Standard Time 5PM-1:30AM, Tuesday-Saturday, with Sundays and Mondays off
  28. Requirements:
  29. Completed some college in a relevant field (mathematics, computer science, linguistics, IT, physics, biology, chemistry etc.)
  30. 0-3 years of Customer Success/Support experience (SaaS experience preferred)
  31. Analytical mindset with ability to quickly recognize patterns
  32. Able to master new software and systems effortlessly and quickly
  33. Superb writing and communication skills: accurate, focused, and detailed
  34. Excellent at multitasking and highly productive
  35. Strong interpersonal skills
  37. Preferred:
  38. Salesforce experience
  39. Familiarity with web development languages (HTML, CSS, Javascript, etc.)
  40. Technical writing and/or copywriting skills at an advanced level

  46. Please note that this is an entry level position and the salary for this position starts at $25,000 to $30,000 a year
