Track 04
[Battle noises, Ike strikes down a soldier]
Ike: It’s a small army, but they are well regulated.
Sothe: General Ike...
Ike: Sothe… You’ve grown, I almost forgot you were originally from Daein.
Sothe: You remember me...
Ike: Did you find who you were looking for?
Sothe: Yes, she’s the general of this army.
Ike: The Priestess of Dawn?
Sothe: Her name is Micaiah, please don’t call her by that silly name… General… I… I didn’t want to meet again like this!
Ike: That may be so, but you don’t plan on retreating right?
Sothe: No.
Ike: If you aren't prepared to never see her again then back away from me now. I won't go easy on you on the battlefield.
Sothe: ! General… I have no choice!
[Sothe flashes his dagger and a fight between him and Ike commences]

Ike: You've gotten stronger but... Did you really think those weak attacks of yours will work on me!?
[More battling noises]

Micaiah: A thousand guiding lights smash through the barriers!
[Sound of light magic]

Ike: Urk!
Sothe: Micaiah!
Micaiah: Are you Ike? This is our first time meeting but it doesn't feel like it, I've heard so many stories about you from Sothe.
Ike: Sorry, but you two are my enemies, and now standing in my way. You'll get no sympathy from me!
Micaiah: Thank you. I'll fight with everything I got.
Sothe: Alright. Micaiah, let’s fight together!
Soren: You’ll be my opponent. Elwind!

[Sound of wind magic]

Sothe: You!? You’re still by General Ike’s side?
Soren: Of course. I’ll always be by his side.

[More sounds of battle]

Micaiah: Shine!
[The light hits Ike, but he withstands it]

Micaiah: !? It failed!?
Ike: Sorry, but I have a different way of training. There’s no one to save you now. One last time, retreat.
Micaiah: I...I can’t!!
Sothe: Micaiah!!

[Sothe runs toward Micaiah, then the sound of magic]

Sothe: The Black Knight…
Black Knight: Are you ok, Maiden?
Micaiah: S-Sir Knight!
Sothe: Now!
[Sothe continues running]

Soren: Stop!
Sothe: Micaiah!
Micaiah: Sothe… I… I’m sorry...
Black Knight: She has used up too much of her energy. Go, now.
Sothe: Y-Yes…
[Sothe grabs Micaiah and retreats]

Ike: If I try to go after them you're going to stop me, right?
Black Knight: Yes I will. I was once one of the Four Riders of Daein.
Ike: Somehow I knew, that you were still alive.
Black Knight: Did you really think that you could kill me at your level?
Ike: I wasn’t sure. But, my victory against you didn’t settle the ill feelings in my heart!
Black Knight: That's good. The blessing on my armor has faded since our last fight.
Ike: This time I will win!
Black Knight: Ok. Come then.
[Battle noises]

Track 05
[Sothe is running and panting hard]

Sothe: We’re safe here. Micaiah, are you alright!?
Micaiah: Sothe...I fainted again…?
Sothe: Yes, but don't worry no enemies are around.
Micaiah: No way… How can I not be on the battlefield… I'm the general of the Daein Army…
Sothe: It's because you are the general that you mustn't die!
Micaiah: Sothe… I have to protect everyone…
Sothe: Yes, Daein is our beloved homeland, but I care about you Micaiah! I'm going to protect you Micaiah, even if the world turns on me, even if my own country turns on me.
Micaiah: Sothe… [Micaiah makes a pained noise and collapses again]
Sothe: Micaiah! She lost consciousness again… Ok, I have to get us farther away.

[Sothe starts running again]
