Take this idea

HTML (bold black or even a steel grey)  db (white font) enclosed in a red shape (shape can be open ended)

I would prefer the HLML to be more hard edged font since he is a programmer it fits more with who he is.  The db can be slightly slanted maybe or not or just enough that it is lowercase.

Definitely no bubble type font.
