	I should have time to compile the pictures and what not this time so unless someone else suddenly wants to do
it I suppose I can.

I chose to not go just with the theme from the Strawpoll, Dia de los Muertos. But instead to include Halloween
Party or Halloween in general due to concerns in thread.
The main reasons I accommodated DdlM to a previously only Halloween themed collab  were to appease the poll
(regardless of its legitimacy) and to make it apparent that it would still be an acceptable type of delivery
for those who were already going for it. I also believe it has potential to create a good different kind of dynamic.
Preferably we'll get enough of both so we can get that narrative or dynamic going. We'll see.

I'll be collecting the images from the thread and the booru whenever I can find them and possibly collecting them
to an archive but I won't be uploading them to the booru myself. And if I feel like it I'll start fleshing out the
composition when the pieces start coming in so you can add interactions with the characters.

Feel free to add your ideas and/or point out potential rules that I missed. I've forgotten what came up last time I
was involved.

Also remember that I won't be there at the start of every thread so feel free to paste the copypaste in the thread
if I haven't done so already. I'll check for it.

Also remember that anything and everything is subject to change at any time.

OCTOBER 2016 COLLAB ANNOUNCEMENT

The theme will be Halloween and Dia de los Muertos.

>Halloween should be pretty self explanatory, including the traditions with pumpkins and witches and what not as well as almost any costume wearing.
>Dia de los Muertos or Day of the Dead is a Mexican holiday visuals of which you should be at least familiar with with.
>Feel free to choose either or both and hopefully we'll end up with a dynamic.

Short Rules:
>Size lower limit is 300x700 for a characters dimensions
>Transparent background or a flat colour with clean hard edges on the character
>Multiple characters in one image are allowed, multiple deliveries are allowed

	(3.1)	Size lower limit is 300x700 for a characters dimensions

			Characters (not images) should be of adequate size. It's easy to downscale them but impossible to
			upscale tiny images	without considerable loss in quality to match the size of other characters.
			Something like 300x700 should do for most characters (not size of the piece but the character)
			as the bare minimun but the higher the resolution the better. Also take into account whether you're
			drawing a huge ass dragon that's proportionally much larger than smaller humanoid characters.

			Pixel art can be submitted in any size but a 1:1 version of the image for better upscaleability is
			preferred.

	(3.2) 	Transparent background or a flat colour with clean hard edges on the character

			Use transparent background or flat colour background with clean edges for easier extraction. So unless
			you have a clear plan with it or it's essential to the work don't draw arbitrary backgrounds. You can
			always deliver one version with and one without a background though.

	(3.3) 	Multiple characters in one image are allowed, multiple deliveries are allowed

			Self explanatory. Having a few from the	same person will be fine unless it'll start showing as a major
			pattern in the collab. In which case I'll have to suggest them to choose which to include.

	(3.4) 	Lateral perspective

			The perspective will be similar to the one in Spring Collab (2.4) so no intense angles and birds eye
			shots. We have to fit them all in view after all.

			See (2.5) Perspective Guide for reference.

	(3.5) 	Full body images preferred

			Consider making something with a whole body. There are only so many tombstones and so much foreground
			real estate to accommodate tens of busts - see Spring Collab (2.4).

	(3.6)	The cutoff is the 31st of October.

			The last thread that I will be checking is the last one created during October globally. After that
			I can still add something if a Picasso turns up in the next thread but don't count on it.

			If by dancing you're referring to Dia de los Muertos dancing, then sure why not.

			The meaning of the versus is more in the lines of comparison not so much battle. Maybe I was being too
			artsy with the label so I guess I'll change that to "and" then.

			To be honest the concept of Halloween celebrations itself is so vague that anything that can be construed
			to be even tangentially related to either subject will be included. So long as the artist wills it.

			Sure, I think I'll add that to the multiple characters rule. I wouldn't worry about having a few from the
			same person unless it'll start showing as a major pattern in the collab.

			If you want to make a complete image with a background and all consider how it would fit in (2.4) that kind of
			piece. If it's feasible I can always paint it into the composition like the Poppo back there with her garden.
