- So like I mentioned in the midweek channel, I’m reaching out to everyone to get their thoughts and opinions on a variety of things.
- Before I get to the more targeted questions, is there anything you want to get off your chest about your own play, the team, the raid, the people, the game, anything?
- Domi — Today at 11:51 AM
- I'll be honest, my only worry right now is that a lot of people are not motivated enough, which can lead to early frustration, obviously this was stated before and last night by pao, but my worry is hopefully this does not lead people to throw the towel and what not. I personally consider myself a player that does not tilt easily and I'd like to think that i always give 110% during every pull, even if its a pull where we know we will not kill it, I am still giving it my all. I believe a lot of the current issues we are having is just simply underestimating the bosses because we killed them already, a suggestion id make is to maintain a consistent comp for now on the last 3 bosses, just to maintain clear times. Other than that, the people, the raid, the game I am happy with all, i have no complaints. I could not ask for a better group of people to play the game with, thats why i believe that regardless of the last two weeks being sloppy, collectively we can get back on our feet and start clapping this raid.

- That is one of the solutions that the officers talked about last night, keeping a consistent comp and prioritizing getting through things over getting people in as much.
- I'm glad that you're still enjoying your time with the team. Overall we're happy with adding you to the team; we've had a rough history with Warlocks the past few years, so its nice to find, trial, and promote someone that brings value to the team both in performance and personality.

- Yeah i agree with that plan of action, at least for now just to keep things clean. Thats usually the most important thing for me, if the people i play the game with are fun and great to be around, i will always enjoy the game even with minimum content available. I am glad to hear that man, as i mentioned i always try to give it 110% and want to be a player that you never have to worry about. If there are any improvements that i need to make or help with anything do let me know.

- I think Warlock is a tough class to play because it brings a lot of things to a raid that are more often than not essential to success, so its one of the higher pressure ranged specs
- Domi — Today at 1:13 PM
- For sure, and compared to some of the other ranged classes, we get punished if we have bad positioning or poor defensive use. The class pumps, but living on it is whats tricky
- Babylonius — Today at 1:25 PM
- Ok, well I'm reaching out to everyone, so if anything pops up that you want to bring up then just let me know.
- Babylonius — Today at 1:44 PM
- Thanks for taking the time to talk
- Domi — Today at 2:08 PM
- For sure ill keep that in mind, thanks for taking the time to ask questions

- One thing I forgot to ask that I'm trying to ask everyone is whether or not you feel that you personally need to take a week or two off, or whehter you think the team, as a whole, would benefit from such.
- Our research showed that a large portion of guilds took a week or few off after killing Sire, so I was interested in people's opinions on it
- Domi — Today at 3:56 PM
- Hmm i personally am indifferent if we take 1-2 weeks off. I feel like maybe we should have done that right after prog but if the call was to take it off now i would not protest. I do agree that there is value in it, especially for the tanks and healers who practically were on all fights during prog with very little change, and of course some of the dps.
- Babylonius — Today at 3:59 PM
- That makes sense. From your time in the guild, do you think there is anything that I, as the GM, or the other officers could do better or differently to help the team be more successful?
- Domi — Today at 4:12 PM
- Ill be honest, yourself and the other officers are super on point, especially when it comes to planning current and future tiers. You guys already put in so much work that there really isnt anything to improve on or do anything different. If we have bad nights you guys try to deal with it swiftly and tackle pain points right away. As long as you guys maintain that pro activeness going forward, we will only get better with each tier!
- Babylonius — Today at 4:14 PM
- Ok, I appreciate that. Let me know if anything else pops up. Thanks for the time and the thoughts
