Essential tools:

	-OpenVR Advanced Settings:
Allows you to change extra settings without having to take your headset off.
	-OpenVR Desktop Display Portal:
		Place a duplicate of your desktop’s screen anywhere in VR Space. Great for shitposting IN SPAAAAAACE.
	-ReVive:
		Oculus Rift-Exclusives are now (for the most part) a thing of the past. Trick Oculus-only games into running on your Vive.

	Essential Social Apps:

	-VRChat: One of the bigger VR social apps. It works with the community to generate its own content such as worlds, games and avatars. Using the Unity game development engine and VRChat’s API anyone can make content for VRChat, publish it and share it with the world. This app is FREE.
	-BigScreen: This interesting blend of tool and social app allows users to browse their desktop on a flexible, movable screen. With a variety of preset environments such as theaters, a campfire and a fancy estate’s balcony, users can play non-VR games at a surprisingly stable frame rate on a larger-than-life screen. The app also features multiplayer lobbies of up to 4 users, allowing users to chat it up and browse together. This app is FREE.

Essential VR Games:

	-Rec Room: It’s VR’s premiere Wii Sports equivalent with online multiplayer as its main focus. You’ll find the usual suspects: tennis, dodgeball, etc. but there are some very welcome surprises such as two intense wave-based cooperative combat games, 3D charades, Paintball and Beer Pong. This app is FREE.

	-The Lab: This is Valve’s own VR showcase. It features some excellent arcade-style games such as a 3D bullet-hell, a frantic archery game and even a tour of various real-world locations. There is even a short Portal experience if you’re dying to hear GladOS again. This app is FREE.

-Google’s Tilt Brush: Are you an artist? Let’s see how you fair with an extra Z-axis. With a multitude of brushes and effects with Tilt Brush you can create all sorts of interesting works of art to be shared on various platforms. This app is NOT FREE.

-Star Trek Bridge Crew: This multiplayer cooperative simulator puts you in the role of one of the Starship Enterprise’s many duties. For those seeking the “Tony Stark” feeling in VR, this is your game. This app is NOT FREE.

-Dolphin VR: Yes. That Dolphin. The web’s most famous Nintendo Emulator has a VR version. If you’re a filthy pirate then you may as well experience your favorite Gamecube, Wii and Virtual Console games in a whole new way in Virtual Reality. Be warned, many emulated require tinkering in order to work properly in VR, as certain HUD elements must be culled out so you can see. Once you get things working, however, Dolphin VR can deliver some unforgettable experiences as you look at your childhood favorites in a whole new way. This app is FREE.

With over 600 girls to choose from and the freedom to add whichever new ones you can find, WSS is the go-to if the freedom to fantasize is what you’re after. This app is FREE.

-VR Kanojo: By famed lewdists Illusion, VR Kanojo is one of the most polished VR-centric games available. It is short and is light on options, positions and clothing, but if graphics are what you value most then you’ll find something nice to look at here for sure.
