Episode 11: Mission Debriefings, Jalen meets the Hresvelgs

It's been 3 days since the Togle Cave incident with the media explaining the Maximum Power Geyser as a Geonyte overload at a secret Geontye factory. The public generally accepted it for the most part, with some of them voicing their opinions on the matter on social media. As far as the identities of the ones who took down King Shiden..They were lucky to not been revealed to everyone.
Kana is sitting down at the couch eating some cookies as Cynthia sit down and eat a slice of pizza. All of the teens have come back home from their missions with various successes with Owain beginning to talk now. With everyone in the living room to begin the meeting.

"So.....Yeah, we TRIED going to Freijord with our monsters.." Gilgamesh, a Hawkclaw(Piroro/Raiden) with the smallish body of a Piroro, but the feathers and design of a Raiden shivers as he think back to their trip alongside his trainer. "But after 3 hours of wandering around in that blistering cold, we decided to head back home..."

"So, you guys came up with nothing about the region, huh?" Severa sips her tea with an unamused and annoyed look as Gerome nods, not scared of her glare unlike her cousin is. "It was continue our search..or die..we only got by thanks to Kurth flying us back.." Kurth is Gerome's monster. A Ragnaroks(Dragon/Monol) with pitch-black scales who was sleeping outside of his and Cynthia's home in the hut. "...It was a risky mission that we barely survived."

Upon hearing that, Severa leans back and look elsewhere while sipping her tea. She couldn't find it in herself to argue against that without sounding like a bitch. "I see..." She mutters... "Well..." Soleil speaks up, seeing that now's the best time for her to explain her mission with her brother... "Me and Inigo were able to get to Magvell safe and sound to go shop around..." She smiles as she reach over the couch they are sitting on and pull out from her bag 4 medals, A red one with a fire symbol on it, One that's black and have a skull on it..a yellow one with a lucky charm symbol..and the last green one with a gale on it. and place them on the table. Getting some gasps from everyone there... "Are those..." Owain whispers with awe as Inigo smugly smiles. "Indeed, these are training medals designed to boost one's monster's training! Of course these are not as good as the one back in our timeline..but with me and Soleil's tinkering..." He pull out a tool kit...and smirks. "We'll be back in the game in no time flat!"

"(A Intense...Magic...Lucky..and Healing)" Alex think to herself as she look over the medals..

"(Intense allows the monster to get more focus at the cost of getting hungrier...Magic wores the monster out more with fatigue, but the stat-gains are amazingly high..Lucky have a 20% of increasing the stat gains by triple, but the normal stat gains are much lower than usual...And Healing reduce the stress of the monster, but make them more spoiled...)" She rubs her chin, not paying much attention to the techno-babble of the twins as to how they work since she got a good idea. "(I can get my dad these tools to aid him..)"

"Ok!" Cynthia shouts loudly as it is her turn to talk now.. "Me and Severa was able to get a very cool ship!" She place the pictures of it on the table, a giant white boat with the bow of it shaped with a Dragon's head . "It's called the S.S Kraken, It can hold a lot of people and be handled by itself barring some assistance!"  "Whoa..." Kana looks very excited as he leans over and look at the pics. "This is sooo cool! We gonna become pirates! ARRRRG!"He does his best pirate impression, getting some laughs from the gang as Cynthia wraps an arm around Severa's shoulder who have a very haughty look. "And it's all thanks to my babe! She was so cool during negotiations for the ship!"

Severa flips her pony tails as she speak, pride seeping into every word. "It was nothing of someone of my status, you learn how to speak the language of the merchants easily once you understand the art of the deal, as mother taught me.." "So basically you just yelled and badgered the poor sap into giving you the ship at a very low cost....got it." Alex throws a verbal jab as she leans back in the couch with Cynthia nodding much to Severa's annoyance and anger. "Yeah! She was calling him all kind of insults and colorful words!! It was a funny sight!"

"Ok..." Putting on a small smirk as she look to put Alex in her place, Severa crosses her arms and speaks "So what did you do, Alexis?" Speaking her name with all the faux politeness she can.. "Or were you just a liability?"

"Severa.." Having been quiet this whole time, Lucina frowns and was about to scold her when Alex put her hand up to start her own turn. A somewhat amused look as opposed to the usual angry look she would wear. "No, no..It's ok..." She leans over and lock her fingers "Our mission...me, Kana, and Lucina..was a successful one thanks to my father..."

"Pfft, as if..." Severa scoffs and roll her eyes. "You talk a lot of shit about your dad, a commoner..."

"A commoner who's Garu eradicated the King Shiden in the cave to it's very atoms with a Maximum Power Geyser and blowing it up to space.." Alex smirks as everyone gasps, recalling that huge strange light they all seen from their respective missions. "Th-That light was from your dad's monster?! That chaotic stream of energy that screams devastation and destruction?!?" Owain pull his hair in awe as Gerome's jaw drop.. "I...Well, damn.." Soleil whistles as Inigo rubs his head in thought over the power.. "Man, I knew your dad was tough after witnessing his Garu win the Hydra Cup...But he's THAT good?" "Honestly, if he's that good..." Inigo speaks up with a concerned look.. "Then why wouldn't he use that power in tourneys?"

"Yeah..." Severa scowls at Alex. "Why can't his Marth do it all the time?"Alex clears her throat and tell them the answer. "My father gave Marth a Maximum Tomato to boost the stats by 200% for 30 to a good minute..A Maximum Tomato was something he created according to mother during his youth. It is a very powerful food that he swore to never use in tourney unless it's an emergency...but outside of tourneys?..Anything goes."

She heard stories from Regina about how Jalen's Marth would become a One-Monster Army that decimated the Nohrian Forces...Blood and dead bodies--Humans and Monsters--laid out everywhere...Regina often spoke of the few times when she was on the Nohrian sides while fighting the Hoshidians and Archaneans that if Jalen and marth was on the field...Nohrians was given a "Flee-On-Sight" by Then-King Xander...

And Nohrians abhorred running away, so that spoke levels of how badly terrifying Jalen and Marth was.

Everyone gulps...Even Severa who realized that with Lucina and Kana being there, Alex couldn't be lying..which means that on some level..the claims of Jalen being better than Chrom could be true. And that didn't sat right with Severa one bit...

"That's fucking bullshit, ain't no way in hell someone like Alex's dad be better than MY dad! That's an outrageous claim! I won't stand for this fucking heresy!" She quickly stood up with fire in her eyes glaring at Alexis who's not flinching.

"You can deny it all you want, but you and all of us know that my father is the key for us to save this timeline.." Alex retorts back. "Hell, even your own mother and father know of Marth's prowess." Severa almost choked on her spit before turning to Lucina with a shocked look. "Is-Is this true??!" Lucina glares at Alex before sighing and nodding. "Mother and Mr.Pruett almost came to blows with their monsters after they got into an argument-" "That YOUR mother started..." "Alexis, not's not the time!" Lucina shouts at Alexis who grunt and look away..Lucina return to speak to her younger sister. "Mother did acted her usual self...so naturally the 2 of them would clash...anyway, While father's Raphael was able  hold Hera back...it was struggling to do the same towards Marth."

"Th-that proves nothing!" Severa stammers, quickly coming up with a possible answer. "Maybe-Maybe Raphael merely underestimated Marth and didn't used his full power!" Soleil was listening with a calm look before speaking up.. "Even still....that doesn't change the narrative that Marth is stronger than we all thought at this time..." Lucina nods in agreement while Severa glares at a sweating Soleil. Cynthia calm her lover down by pulling her down to a hug as Lucina sighs..

"Anyway....It's getting late, we got some more stuff to do in the future, we should go back to training our monsters once the twins get the medals to work better." Everyone nods as they begin to leave out of the house excluding Severa, Cynthia, and Gerome. Severa tells her sister that she's gonna spend the night here,which makes Gerome ask Owain can he spend the night over at his place cause he and everyone along with their monsters knows what's gonna go down...

So with that out of the way, it is now 10:37PM...let's see what Jalen's doing right now in the Market area of South Togle. He's currently in the food store and buying a bunch of fruits and vegetables. Some of it to feed him and Marth, but the rest of it is to harvest and grow them into Maximum Tomatoes.. "(That Maximum Power Geyser was far better than I would expect it to be..I think it was the mix of Rwuyian Watermelons and Magvellian Apples.)" He inspect them in his basket and nods as he turn the aisle and head to the juice aisle before coming across Rhiannon and Edelgard. "Edie, look at the assortment of Nohrian Apples..Oh, We got a fresh batch of Magvellian Apples!!" Rin smiles widely as she reach out to grab a bag of them, the same bag that Jalen was gonna reach out for..brushing her hand against his and pulling her back.

"Whoa, my bad dude.." Jalen simply grunts and take it as he walk away from the ladies. Edelgard rubbing her chin in thought as if she remembers him from somewhere while Rin frowns. "Kinda rude, is he not?" She ask Edie who then recounts who Jalen is with a fistpump. "Oh, I think I know that guy..he's the guy who beaten Sylvain and Felix back in the Hydra Cup." "Wait, for real?'

Rin scratches her head in confusion. "Geez, he's not as social as I thought..." Edelgard shrugs "I mean, this IS the guy who punched Sylvain in the stomach a while back..." "You're right..." Rin nods with a sage-like expression before smiling_ "Therefore, we must greet ourselves to this man!" Before Edelgard could stop her, Rin walk on ahead and stop next to Jalen who's currently in line for check-out. "Yo, what's up?"

Jalen turn and look at her with a scowl, one that Rhiannon ignores as she hold a hand out for a handshake. "I'm Rhiannon Von Hresvelg. You must be Jalen Pruett..." Jalen sighs and was not gonna shake his hand until he recount what Alexis did to him involving Lucina and shake it back, a bit lackluster but one that Rin took and firmly grasps it

"(...strong-ass grip she got)" Jalen would assume Rhiannon work out a lot and while that's partially true...it's only cause she stroke Edelgard's dick a lot. Speaking of..Rhiannon release his hand and nods "(This guy oozes big black dick energy...a confidant man he is! I should plan to get him involves with some 3somes with me and Edie...)" "So, what are you doing tonight?" Jalen raise an eyebrow at this. "Uhhh...I'm clearly going home after shopping for food..." She nods as if she wasn't paying much attention, but actually is. "I see, I see...gotta feed you and your Garu...So with that out of the way, Me and my girl over there..." She points to Edelgard walking up to them with a relaxed look and nods "Edelgard Von Hresvelg, the prettiest girl around in Togle.." "Rin please.." She blushes and shake her head...

Jalen eyes them both before walking up and placing his food on the counter for the worker to count it up for the total amount of cash. "I assume you are both Rank E trainers looking to battle me?" Rin chuckles as Edelgard smiles and shake her head. "No, we're in Rank D.." This gets Jalen's attention as he look towards them. "We've been in there for a good 5 months, Along with Prince Chrom and Cordelia.." Saying the latter's name just make Jalen scowl harshly and shout on instinct. "Fuck that tomato-haired thot..."

"HAHA, HELL YEAH!" Rin shouts loud, scaring Edelgard for a moment as she reach over to Jalen for a high-five. "That bitch is a fucking boot-licking whore!" Jalen look at it for a moment before slowly reaching up and giving her the highfive, getting a smile and a fistpump from her. "She's so fucking condescending towards most people, always referring to them as peasants and commoners..." "Admittedly.." Edelgard speaks up as Jalen pay out his cash for the food he brought.. "Cordelia may have good intentions..but she can be very...adamant on her views."

"...She need to get laid.."Jalen mutters with Edelgard blushing and Rin clutching her belly in laughter.

"(Well...from what Cordelia tells me, Bernadetta, Hilda, and Lysithea...her and Chrom have a healthy relationship going on.) Edelgard ponders in her head as Rin talk Jalen's ears off about how much of a bitch Cordy is "(But if what Sylvain said is true, and he hardly lies about such things, when he, Felix, Ferdinand, and Chrom hang out...Chrom tells them how their sex life is bland and stiff due to Cordelia always wanting to just do missionary every saturday night.)"


"(A boring relationship with barely any spark in the bedroom can be a rather toxic one...and one that relies too much on sex can descend to one with no emotional connection.)" Edelgard nods to herself as Jalen bags his food up and turn to them. "Allright..I gotta go now...was kinda nice talking to y'all.." He nods and head to his car and after putting his food in and getting inside...he drives off.
"...He's not a bad guy...I don't know why Cordelia would post in the discord group about him being a ruffian.." Edelgard frowns as Rin scoffs and roll her eyes behind her glasses. "We know why..she's an elitist bitch..."

"True...Now..let's get home so we can train Aymr up." "Right!" The 2 of them go home as well.
