So i got a few topics you might want to discuss in meetings, some might just be nitpicking  but some are reasonable.

1. I think a while ago you mentioned you were considering a min HP from units amount and I think 300 is a reasonable amount to today's standard. This is 2 izane or 1 rappy shine or a full union set or zera with ares ji soul which is pretty bare minimum for a unit set by today's standards. Now summoner doesnt need hp so i think for summoner 50pp and no hp requirement or the default 30pp and 300hp can be chosen between depending on preference.

2. Point 2 clear and simple, I've seen some rising slashing still lately and bns spam on bosses/just holding down left click on tmg, additionally seen million storm spammed alot in mobbing quests on mob spawns (there are infinitely better options lol). Again might just be nitpicky but you might want to address? idk.

3. I dont think SSA being given a free pass on weapons is a good idea, ive seen some weapons with completely useless SSA attatched such as hp regen every 40seconds 40% on classes that just don't even remotely need it, or boss damage ssa on weapon x person never uses on bosses. Again might just be another nitpick, but i feel this one is more reasonable as ssa weapons are generally a fair bit weaker than unique non ssa 14*s.

4. Roles in eqs lately have been ignored by a fair few people (no names here), this spans across EBQ and madness. This has at times left 1 person killing bosses in ebq, or towers ignored on one side completely / castle attacks or even orcs/lizards left alive in apprentice with no crystals broken on the cliffs, leaving energy dangerously low.

number 1 I still am uncertain on, thats more a matter ill discuss in management than in meeting, it is something i've considered for a while

number 2 shouldn't be happening, and ill try and bring that up, thanks!

number 3  is a bit of an said thing by myself, but I do agree, some form of dmg needs to be there, or pp recovery, if the 90 attack qouta isn't there, long as they have either 90 attack, or some dmg ssa I am happy, tho I still eye twitch seeing an ssa weapon with no ssa even if it has 90 attack lol

number 4 I planned already to address, I actually sent josh a warning over this very thing recently, and there is many other people quilty of it at some time or another, I mentioned to shadow reporting it, I kind of want to be careful on when I warn people over it, as I dont wanna unfairly accuse someone, or be to strict if they follow the role most of the run but fail it a couple times too etc.

like in josh's case, its been caught numerous times, and biggest proof of all is making him leader a few times and him not knowing til someone says 5 min prior to eq, obviously not reading sheet lol
