  144. Additional notes:
  145.
  146. The questions form is presented when making a new claim for UC, or when creating a new or revised Claimant Commitment due to covid19 Benefit Sanctions suspension being lifted on 30 June 2020:
  147.
  148. “26. Between 30th June 2020 and the date that a claimant accepts a new or
  149. revised claimant commitment, they will be expected to do what they
  150. reasonably can to search for and be available for work. Claimants will not be
  151. subject to sanctions for failing to comply with these obligations until they
  152. accept their new or revised claimant commitment”

  154.
  155. All of the questions above include the option:
  156.
  157. "Not sure skip this question"
  158.
  159. Using this will allow a claimant to discuss the question during a CC appointment, which might be a useful tactic as many
  160. of the questions relate to basic entitlement conditions for Universal Credit. Claimants might also want to use up the
  161. CC discussion appointment time to clarify what these questions mean for UC entitlement.
  162.
  163. There is also scope to provide your CV and Work Search records at face-to-face appointments, rather than posting or uploading
  164. to a UC account https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/435142/response/1056696/attach/html/2/4201%20reply.pdf.html
