The information you published about Paranoid it's classified as private even if it is public on Skype (something that no one besides those who have the ID from him have), yet you say you can since it is public there, wrong.

Not everyone has access to that information, so it's classified as private and following by rule 9 and I quote: "Publishing personal information* about any E-sim citizen without permission is forbidden."
