CARELESS:
she doesn't care about the repercussions for anything. when she does something, especially if it's stupid, she will confess to it with no regrets. the things that she does have no backbone to her. as long as it's going keep her entertained, she'll do anything.

CHARMING:
how do you think she's able to have so many friends with her normally bitchy personality? she's able to charm the pants off of anyone even if you try your best to resist. she has the ability to make anyone bend to her ways of thinking just by letting some simple words slip off her tongue.

COMPLEX:
on the outside, orion can seem like a horrible, troublemaker with no aspiration in life, but she's actually much more than that. she's like an onion, she has many layers to her that you must unravel to get to the true orion which she hides from the outside world. she's not a bitch. she's no lover, but she can be very friendly if she's close with you. it's all due to her massive trust issues (and general hatred for most people) that she must put aside to have a real relationship with you.

NONCONFORMIST:
in korea, it's very unattractive for woman to be defiant, but as you can see orion isn't like other girls. at all. she finds conforming to fit someone else's standards of what you should be to be the dumbest thing in human existence. orion tries her absolute best to break away from the standards that people try to press onto her and will go to some pretty stupid measures to avoid being like people.

SNEAKY:
she's able to get in and out of places very quickly and with little suspicion from others. this character trait also carries into her gang life. she can keep a secret like nobodies business, but cross her and she will beat the actual shit out of you and spill all of your tea.

if you are her friend, just know that she will never let you get into a bad or dangerous situation. she'll easily put herself into one, but she tries her best to make sure the important people in her life are safe and healthy. orion will never let her protectiveness distract from a mission but in a public or social setting, she would much rather be the one endangered.

QUICK TEMPERED:
she can, and will, fight you. even if it's over something extraordinarily idiotic. her patience is very small and she can pop off very easy, especially if you say anything about her family in a negative tone. or just talk about her family when no one asked you to. things easily set her off, so it's best to not try her.

background : orion was brought into the world as a project of a handsome filipino man with an exceptionally chiseled jaw and a beautiful white woman with chocolate brown eyes. these two star-crossed lovers met at a bar after both being fired from their jobs and instantly they connected as they both had similar life stories. her father, hanbin (previously luningning) had lived in korea for fifteen years as he had moved away from the philippines to study, while orion's mother giovanna had recently moved to busan from america. hanbin was intrigued by the woman and the two soon began dating, and after three years of a wonderful love story, they had lim jimin. orion's older brother who has been deaf and mute his entire life. hanbin and giovanna wed soon after having jimin.

life was rocky for the lim's as they were a foreign couple―neigh an interracial couple, and companies refused to even look at them for potential jobs. this left both of them with low-paying jobs, hanbin as a high-school teacher and giovanna as a convenience store clerk. with jimin being a disabled child he was required to attend special schooling, which was extremely expensive. eventually, giovanna quit her job to homeschool jimin with what little teaching experience that she had. this cycle went on until the lim family received a surprise; gio was pregnant. and the most shocking part of all was that she was already three months along. life slowly shot downhill after that.

giovanna gave birth to a baby girl by the name of orion (legally) on a rainy july evening. jimin had picked out his younger sisters name after reading about it in one of his textbooks and found the spelling to be unique. giovanna and hanbin both agreed to give her an english name as they had given jimin a korean one, and they would just call her iseul in school. even while in her infant years, orion was a very noisy baby. she would scream if she hadn't seen her mother after a long period of time and would make this small whining noise if she wanted something. almost every hour was spent hassling after orion who was very needy. even while she grew up, and into her high toddler years, she was a very bratty child.

as she grew older and older, orion became aware of two things. 1. that she brother was never really able to understand what she was saying without making these "weird hand movements" and 2. gangsters littered her neighborhood like loose cans. she went to sleep at night listening to the startling sounds of gunshots and distant screams of terror. you could only imagine how much this would corrupt a ten year old. when her father would walk her home from school, he would wrap her up into his arms, and cover her with his coat so the loitering gangsters were unable to see that he had a young girl in his home. for years she was unable to play outside because of the fear that if she even stepped out onto the lawn, someone would snatch her away. this lead orion to be very defiant at a young age as she wanted to play outside in the snow during the winter, or splash in the puddles during spring. the young girl would sneak around to the back of her house and play where her parents couldn't see her. this was just the beginning of her rebellious ways.

orion grew a bubbling hatred for following rules as she went into middle school. during classes, she didn't give a fuck if the teachers said to quiet down because she was was "her own person who lived by her own rules." nothing anybody said to her could stop her from acting the way that she did. she did what she pleased and if someone had anything to say about it, they could go fuck themselves. orion stopped caring about boundaries and the consequences of her actions, letting the thought of a successful future slip between her fingertips. school became nothing more than an option if she had nothing better to do.

though orion was a hindered spirt with no aspiration, she still cared very deeply for her family, letting most of her crimes be family driven [see 'crimes and kills' section for more details']. she loved her mother, father and even her hyung (although communication with him could be kind of challenging at times), and refused to let anyone speak negatively of them. these three people were the reason for her stepping into the gang realm. to protect them. to make them money to get out of the life in which they were currently living. that's why she became an assassin-for-hire and began working for different mob leaders. for her mother, father and hyung.

and that leads her to where she is today.

strengths :

HANDHELD GUNS: she likes the feeling of them in her hands. in term, she's good at using them, making them one of her major strengths. when she was first brought in, she was immediately taught how to hold a firearm, starting out with a small pistol. slowly but surely, she made her way up to some of the strongest handguns on the market.

HAND-TO-HAND COMBAT: her strong suit. beating people to a bloody pulp with zero regrets. no matter if the situation calls for it or not, she's the first one to throw hands if the situation turns sour. or if someone says something she doesn't like. or looks at her the wrong way. honestly, she's down to fight no matter the situation. she enjoys hurting people, and watching their faces contort in a mix between pain and confusion once they realize they are being beaten to a pulp by a 5'8 female. and it really fucking hurts. it has gotten so bad to the point where she's had to be pried off of someone by members of the gang.

SEDUCTION: penis or vagina, orion will have you whipped like nobodies business. she's good at alluring people into a false sense of security with her striking looks and smooth words. after drawing them in, she'll snap their neck and call it a day. the members often look to her when needing someone to allure a target.

weaknesses :

LARGE WEAPONRY: she just doesn't know how to properly handle it. that's why she sticks to the handguns and leaves the bigger stuff to the other members of the gang.

FIRE: the thought of fire scares her. the smell of fire makes her want to throw up her insides. she hates it. if there's fire, orion is not there. it partially stems from her old family home being burned to the ground by the neighborhood gang. it can even affect her missions, which is strange for orion as nothing ever seems to get to her.

FAMILY: never being the idea of family into any mission ever. even when a target brings up his or her family, orion can't help but pity them. it won't stop her from completing the kill, but it was haunt her for several days. you cannot speak of family around her during a mission or she'll feel sick to her stomach. orion imagines that persons family and how horrible they feel knowing that their beloved has met a horrible fate by the hands of a gang member.

[ i don't know if that particularly makes sense, but she's in charge of the psychical disputes of the gang. also accompanies the leader, almost like an arm candy that will protect him if shit hits the fan ].

speciality :

STREET FIGHTING: going toe to toe with someone in an alley way is her roots. it's what she's good at. hand her a gun and she's one to mess with, but leave her with her fists only and she's even more dangerous. she has more faith in herself than any other little piece of machinery so guaranteed she'll come in just as strong. orion was exposed to street fighting when she was very young, and grew up around violent people, so she was bound to be good in this area of combat. the members of the gang look to her when shit goes down and no one has a gun on them.

MURDER IN GENERAL: because she has no regrets (and a very small moral compass), she's good at killing people. like legitimately good at killing people and not giving a damn. growing up, she became so used to violence and watching people be killed all around her that she soon became numb. orion is used to killing, it's practically in her blood.

INTIMIDATION: to put it simply: ORION SCARES THE SHIT OUT OF PEOPLE AND MOST FEAR HER SO SHE'S REALLY DAMN GOOD AT INTIMIDATION.

crimes + kills :

ROBBERY.
1. when she was thirteen years old, she robbed a liquor store to steal some soju to drink with her friends. orion did this because she wanted to impress one of the older boys that her brother was hanging around with.

2. she robbed the same liquor store, but this time, she was caught. they let her off because of her age.

3. she robbed a jewelry store with some of her friends, making away with two diamond rings that they then sold for money. orion used that money for some bills they her family couldn't pay for.

MURDER.
1. she chocked a female who mouthed off to her. the girl, named eunseo, called her a street rat and taunted her for her european appearance. orion wasn't taking any of that shit so after school, she chocked the girl out and threw her body out onto the field behind her school. though orion was taken in for questioning, they couldn't find that she was associated.

2. she shot and killed three women after having a mental breakdown and going on a rampage in an underground club. as there was illegal activities going on in said club that would be brought to the forefront if the police were called, everyone stayed quiet about the situation. (this was orion's first interaction with mob leaders).

3. after becoming an assassin-for-hire (see the reason in gang section for more details), orion was dealing with some of the more elite criminals. which meant no more petty crimes with stolen pistols. her third taste of blood came in the form of a massacre when she killed seven, an injured three. four woman, six men. all of them just so happened to be members of a rival gang to the man she was working for. let's just say, they still hunt her to this day.

4. orion, graced with a gown, attended an elite event where she shot and killed a senator. she performed her mission and slipped out before anyone had time to even realize that she was there.

5. orion, alongside one of her gang members, shot and killed two police men while on a heist at a bank. though it was apart of her mission, this is just one of her kills that makes orion somehow feel guilty and bad. she still doesn't know exactly why.

6. orion stabbed three men and one female during a mission for a mob leader to eliminate his rival. these four unfortunate souls thought that they were powerful enough to attack orion with only their fists. and of course, they were very wrong.

7. orion was involved in a mass killing of a rival gang after placing cyanide in their drinks at a nightclub. this was the crime that caught the leaders eye, which lead for him to bring her in. to this day orion is unaware how many lives she took on that day, but honestly, she doesn't really care.

ASSULT.
1. she nearly beat a man to death in the middle of a bar after he grabbed her ass. it wasn't that action that prompted orion to pounce as she enjoys a good butt grab here and there but once he started to fondle her elsewhere, she punched the man square in the jaw.

2. orion stabbed a man from her past  (but didn't kill him) after he called her iseul. as her korean name is used for family, and gang members only, she was very offended and attacked the man.

DRUGS / POISON.
1. back in her assassin-for-hire days, she was also sometimes asked to transport drugs for extra money. she never declined. on this occasion she was transporting low amounts of crystal meth from seoul to busan. this was her first introduction to the world of drug trafficking.

2. as she felt drug trafficking was to slow paced for her, she only took one other job. this job involved transporting meth once again, this time to an airport where it would be flown to the usa. after making her deal though, things went sour as she was suspected by tsa and they took her in for questioning. but, she had nothing on her person that would incriminate her, they were forced to let orion go.

3. she poisoned a man that she had gone on a date with. this was not just any man though, it was a drug dealer that an employer of hers wanted dead. she slipped something in his drink and on the drive home, she whined about needing to use the restroom. after slipping out of the car, she entered a gas station where they had stopped where she called her boss. a car came to pick her up and she never knew what happened to that man.

IDENTITY THEFT.
1. she stole a woman's id, killed her, and became a woman named taesook for three weeks to complete a mission. this was orion's first and only time commiting identity theft as she enjoys being orion. people fear her when she's known and―if you couldn't tell―she likes when people fear her.

THE ZONE takes it more as pleasure more than anything, discarding orion's feelings, while our walking grenade on the other hand is madly in love with him. their relationship isn't public whatsoever, their only skin-ship showing when they are in each other's company. orion wishes this wasn't the case but that's how it is when "dating" a gang leader. he kisses her, holds her hands, and showers her in seductive words and useless promises, but when the sun rises, he is nowhere to be seen.

perspective on partner : she sees him as some sort of god, high and mighty. every time she sees him―while most see a cold-hearted thug―she sees a man hardened by crime that just needs a little love and care. and she intends on being the one providing both. love is a strong word, like is for children, and lust is weak. orion isn't exactly sure what she sees in THE ZONE but she can't help but become swooned when in his presence. orion may be gangster, but something changes around him.

how well do they work during a mission : on a scale of one to five, it would be a steady four. orion normally portrays his arm candy, he's usually making the deal―which can sometimes piss her off and make orion do something uncalled for. that's why one point is docked off their work scale. though their intimidating exteriors do make for a good pair, and their tactics to get what they want out of a victim can work seamlessly, orion is still clouded by her feelings, however, making things complicated occasionally.

how well do they work in general : they both have very demanding personalities which can clash. it also doesn't help that orion can be the biggest brat to walk planet earth when she doesn't get what she wants. but when they are out on the field, or even just having to do some small things with each other here in there, they blend nicely. both orion and THE ZONE are fucking horrifying when angry and neither are ones to mess with having a bad day. so when working together, they can become a force to be reckoned with. but when they aren't seeing eye to eye on something, things can take a turn for the worst and guns may be pulled on each other.

THE ZONE: he thought she had talent, and potential to be lethal; which is exactly what the gang needed. he needed a firecracker on his team, someone not afraid to push the boundaries of pure insanity. orion was that person. when he was first brought face to face with her, however, she seemed to be to pretty for the role. he feared that she would be to concerned with her looks to focus on missions but when she shot someone right in front of his very eyes, he changed his mind.

ORION: she thought he was a punk―a hot punk―but a punk nonetheless. he seemed like an asshole that wouldn't appreciate her talent, and she dislike him greatly because of that. but after he practically begged her once she murdered a civilian in front of his face, she couldn't resist (plus he offered her money.)
