HR Application.

HR Application

1. I have been working at Sunset Coast Hotel and Resort for about 3 months.

2. An HR in Sunset Coast Hotel and Resort is expect to use perfect grammar, to be nice, and to make sure everyone is following the ROBLOX and the groups rules/guidelines. An HR is expected to use perfect grammar because if an HR doesn’t use good grammar no one would be able to understand them and also, the group wouldn’t look professional. An HR is also expected to be nice to others so that everyone has a good time and the HR doesn’t get demoted or suspended. Lastly, an HR has to follow ROBLOX’s guidelines because if they don’t they could get banned from ROBLOX and no one wants that. They also have to follow the groups guidelines so that there aren’t any hackers, trollers, etc. I have just stated a few of the reason what HR’s are expected to do.

3. In Sunset Coast Hotel and Resort I am in the rank of 7 | Management.

4. If I was an HR in Sunset Coast Hotel and Resort, I would improve the quality of customer service/staff online, I would make the Hotel a safer one, and I would make the rules more clear to everyone. I would improve the quality of customer service by making sure the staff uses good grammar, is nice to the customers, and is actually doing their job. I would do every and anything in my power to stop a troller, hacker, exploiter and any other person who is breaking the rules or disrespecting staff. Lastly, I would try to right a handbook explaining the rules more clearly to everyone so that no one has any explanation of why they were breaking the rules. That is just a few of the things I would try to do.

5. I am currently living in the Central timezone, but I usually have to convert the time because of other groups I have been in.

6. I would like to be an HR because I want to make the environment of everywhere on ROBLOX a safe one, I also want to be an HR because I want to reach the highest rank possible in the groups that I am in, and I want to be an HR because I want to become well known in ROBLOX. I would like to be an HR because I want everyone to enjoy their time on ROBLOX and in Sunset Coast Hotel and Resort so that they keep coming back and are active guest or staff. Also, I wanna be an HR because I always want to be the highest rank possible because with the higher rank I can help the group more. Lastly, I want to be well known in ROBLOX and since we have 16k+ I could get to know each and everyone so that I am well know and they can trust me and the staff. Those are some of the reasons why I would want to be an HR.

7. I think my grammar is currently a 8.5 on the scale of 1-10 because I make mistakes sometimes.

8. I think my spelling is currently an 8 because I will mess up sometimes and I don’t know how to spell every word in the dictionary.

9. I am currently active a 9 because I’m not on 24/7.
