- Description: Jeffrey picked up Smith, who called for a cab from a St. Petersburg, FL restaurant. However, soon after Smith got in, Jeffrey became suspicious and called for help. When police arrived, they found Jeffrey about 70 ft. from his cab, with a gunshot wound to his back.
