- What I ended up doing was creating a copy of the mod - and then auto replacing all valid has_government checks with "X"
- and then just looking at whatever was left

- So it turned out people has mispelled democratic, or used liberalism as a has_government check. Some others were using fascist vs. fascim, etc.
- One person even apparently put in fascism+, which sounds fancy

- To be fair, the vast majority of contributions I get were from people that didn't know any better. That's why the code is so messy and inconsistent.
- I don't accept bad code anymore, but it doesn't change the fact that for a long time I wasn't so strict.
