Hello,

I would like to make a complain about Dubai Mall- shopping mall in Dubai especially Gucci store. Last year in august we visited this store , asked for help of the shop assistant and she lied to me.

We asked for the gucci vintage t-shirt and she told us it is sold out worldwide and there is no shop in Dubai where they have it... OK, we googled it on the official Gucci website and according to it they should have it .

We came back few hours later and asked the same question showed them on the mobile phone that they should have it so she said she is going to look it up in the storage room... Fortunatelly, she found one and she told us it is the last one and its very exclusive so it cant be sold "separately" so we have to choose something else but we need to have at least 2 pieces alltogether it cant be sold on separate reciep. We were not interested in anything else...

She sweared to God that this is the last piece and they do not have another models like  gucci coco captain. So we choosed gucci slippers that we actually didnt want but we definitelly wanted the Thisrt. We haaded to pay and then i noticed that the shop assistant that claimed us that they do not have any t-shirt was showing another thisrt ( ours should be the last, and according to her there was no t-shirt) and it was gucci coco captain. Then she told us that they found more pieces in the strage but doesnt matter! So we wanted 2 t-shirts because we really liked them and they were 1000 dollars together so i dont think it is a small amount of money. She told us that it is not possible we have to buy tshirt+ something so if we want 2 t-shirts we need 2 another "pieces" of something else.

Can you please take a look on this situation because i dont think it right that we were lied to for no reason.
