Gratitude 1/11

I'm looking forward to, or in other words, anxiously awaiting, the results of my graduate school applications, which I just submitted this morning. In that process, I'm feeling grateful for the people who recommended me for the program, and for all of the people that encouraged me during the application process. I'm lucky to have them at my back cheering me on as I take my first steps into the next stage of my life. I'm also looking forward to my Scenic Design class -- at this point, it's pretty much the only class I'm looking forward to. This morning in our first class session, Sarah shared her models from her recent scenic design projects, and they were adorable while also showing an impeccable design sense and creativity. I hope that I'll be able to make something like that this year, too.
