2. Glitches are aloud as long as they do not delay the game
3. Sound boards are aloud in proximity chat and global chat unless an admin asks you to stop
4. Scp's are not aloud to team with humans chaos and Mtf may team but if it is just the 2 teams left they are not aloud to team
