App. art (the app. itself will come when the new apps are out) for a more casual ToT team that I plan to run along side Electric Feed

While I'm taking great care and effort in Electric Feed's story, when it comes to this idiot, I just wanna have fun and goof around not taking things TOO seriously

Name: Aziy Chu  (also responds to Pikachu, My lord, Master, Priest, Awesome, Messenger of God, and God's Servant)
Species: Pikachu
Age: Young Adult           Gender: Male
Description: Is a bit overweight, almost never goes on all fours except when using Volt Tackle (and even then he doesn't always), for everything else see the above pic.

Ability: Static: (He can charge static electricity around his body which can then be discharged upon someone making physical contact with him, this static electricity is not enough to do any sort of real damage, but it can paralyze non-electric type pokemon. Any static electricity built up will automatically be discharged if he uses any sort of move that uses electricity)

Moveset:

Move 1: Volt Tackle: He charges his opponent at high speed while charged with electricity. Impacting anything in this state will unleash all the built up energy into the impacted target, but will also causes Aziy recoil damage equivalent to the damage he inflicted to his target

Move 2: Fly: By drawing on the power of his Light Ball Necklace he can use electromagnetism to "Fly" into the air. He can then turn this into an attack by letting himself drop and landing or punching his target to do damage

Move 3: Surf: He draws some water molecules out of the surrounding environment and combines that with a little electrical stimulation to create a small tidal wave with which to attack people. He can use his Light Ball Necklace to ether create a surfboard out of his electrical energy so that he doesn't get swept up and damaged in his own attack and steer the tidal wave from on top of it, OR he can forgo the surfboard to make the tidal wave bigger and stronger

Move 4: Celebrate: He creates a kind of birthday gift-like box around his entire body offering it presenting it to his opponents as a sort of gift that his opponents will feel a weak urge to accept and open. Once the box is created Aziy will effectively be rendered blind and death to everything outside the box, and will be unable to leave the box or use any other moves or items with his ability disabled until 1 second after the move's effects end as triggered by one of the following conditions being met:
Someone attacking the box letting them land a free attack against Aziy
Someone can open the box accepting the gift revealing Aziy inside allowing him to respond in a number of pre-planned ways
Someone can give the box to someone else (at witch point it's up to the person who received the box how they proceed)
Someone can pickup and move the box to some other location the box to some other location of their choosing before either throwing it or putting it back down
5 seconds pass with no interaction being made with the box whatsoever (at witch point Aziy can ether manually deactivate the move or have it last for another 5 seconds)
If someone is making physical contact with Aziy when he creates this box they will be enveloped within it as well. However unlike Aziy anyone else engulfed in the box will NOT have their moves or ability's restricted, letting them cancel out the move by attacking Aziy

Other Info: Was originally a part of a military unit in a foreign land were he created his own religion. Originally it was made as a joke / to pass the time between military jobs before Aziy got so into it that he tricked himself into believing not only that it was real going so far as to write a full bible for it, but also that he is a high ranking priest of that religion and that god sent him to spreed that religion to the world (whether the world wants it or not) and left the military (via a pretend kidnapping as he didn't want to deal with informing his superior of his leaving) to travel the world searching for a place were he could do so effectively, eventually settling down in Tibata in order to do so as a member of there guilds. Despite being overweight which hinders his speed slightly and not being ALL there (in terms of both sanity and intelligence) he's actually a fairly nice mon to be around (as long as you can get past all his flaws [and he has a lot] and don't get on his bad side)

Trivia:
This character is VERY loosely based on the lore of a Pikachu caught by the Twitch Plays Pokemon twitch stream during their Anniversary Red run
His 1st name is pernoused "A - Za"
While Aziy will respond to someone saying his name wrong he will likely end up going into a short tirade into how his name is supposed to be pronounced.
Aziy has several siblings who he left behind when he left to travel the world. He wasn't that close to any of them.
Aziy has an irrational hatred of Raichu and will automatically assume any Raichu he meets or sees is evil
Cameos: This team is 100% free to use in background cameos (just plz let me know if you do so I can see it afterwards), if you want to do a more substantial cameo with this team plz let me know what you have planed 1st.
