Living Ink Yakuza

水野会- Yakuza group headed by 親分(おやぶん), Mizuno. In 2000 Mizuno and his brother came across a relic that causes ink to come to life. Mizuno’s brother took it for his own, but one night Mizuno tricked his brother in using it to tattoo something stronger than his brother’s tattoo onto Mizuno’s body. Because of this Mizuno became strong enough to kill his brother and he took over the family group. He used the relic to give life to all the tattoos in the people under him.

Each tattoo begins strong but with the growth of each member and each kill the tattoos grow more powerful.

They have quickly earned the name 人生墨会 (じんせいすみかい Living Ink-Group (Jinseisumi Kai))among other Yakuza groups who have been taken over by this Yakuza group. They have control over 愛知県、岐阜県、滋賀県,と三重県（Aichi, Gifu, Shiga,and Mie)

京都符:財団の月分営（きょうとふざいだんのつきぶんえい）Kyoto Prefecture: Foundation's Moon Base

山田良輔(Yamada Ryosuke)- A 24-year-old Japanese Man, who just graduated from University. He has studied English and is fluent in the language. He serves as a translator for the Foundation Base in Japan. He wears a red scarf always.

Information of a new Yakuza group taking over various territories through what could be considered Anomalous reaches the foundation. 2 Outpost Moon Foundation Members go missing. Agent Ishihara's body is found on the steps of the Kyoto Prefectural Police Department (Or Moon Base steps but this would mean they know the location of the moon base).

Agent Genta is still missing. Agent Genta and Agent Ishihara were two scientists currently working on studying a found body that had possible anomalous ties.

Getting There: The team will fly to Japan.
