The verification URL is encrypted inside "verify.bin" file, it is encrypted with EAS cipher. The nonce is provided inside the zip file.
The key itself is here: "SjVBVktTS1RJUkZFQ1EyTkpNWVRHVVJaSUZDRUdSU05JTkFWR1FZPQ==". It is encoded with Base32, and then encoded again with Base64.
