The Riverbed's Rest

The Riverbed's Rest was developed as a covert fortress for the organization known as the Torn Lotus. The hearthstone at it's core is the Soul Starving Stone. The manse has sustained immense damage, and half of it is completely flooded. These flooded sections are relatively safe. The un-flooded sections have several defensive measures that are linked to the hungry ghosts patrolling the Manse. The manse also currently houses the RLT Network's Hub Sphere. This location was used primarily by Thousandfold Unbending Rivers, for occultism research. The Manse is run by the Autonomous Manse Administration, Navigation, and Development Assistant, or A.M.A.N.D.A.

The Dry Dock for the manse is capable of housing an airship and a war strider. The airship is currently half assembled and missing the components required to complete it. The War Strider has been docked at -Error Location Not Found-. The library is home to several tomes on celestial and terrestrial circle sorcery as well as numerous volumes of poetry, philosophy and literature texts. The Workshop is fitted for artifact construction and is devoid of magical materials but has several stores of regular and exotic materials. The Academy was created as an educational facility for the manse architect, Graceful Wings of Forgotten Thought. The Central Hub serves as the housing for the Starmetal Sphere used in the RLT network, and the home anchoring point. This sphere may be linked to a manse with a proper hub via the use of the Master's Bangle.
