Red Sox vs. Cubs vs. Vikings Curses

Vikings "curse" more like Red Sox "curse" than Cubs curse.

I am calling a "curse" an utterance of words that wish for ill. Regardless of effectiveness.

Cubs' Curse of the Billy Goat was curse. Words uttered by owner of billy goat.

Sox and Vikings "curses" really jinxes with curse story retrofit as explanation. If I were being accurate I would call Vikings "curse" The Jinx. But The Curse is more dramatic. Hence more fun. So ... I call it The Curse!
