> "Have any of you seen Lemy?" Lyra walked into the living room to the others.
> "Nah, probably in the garage fiddling with his tools?" Lupa noted. Figuring he was out doing something Lemy related.
> She didn't second guess herself until she saw Lyra holding his bandanna.
> "Wait, is that?"
> "You all need to tell me right now who saw him last, what was the last thing he was talking about." Lyra demanded, her voice shaken with concern.
> Lacy raised her hand. "I was with him yesterday." Lacy was shaking with concern. "He asked to spar a little, I just thought he wanted to help me with some karate stuff but he got really into it."
> "What else!" Lyra practically flipped the coffee table grabbing Lacy by the shoulders. Liena tried to calm Lyra but she stared her little sister right in the eye, demanding answer.
> "I-i uh, don't know, I don't know." Lacy started to cry, scared about what she might have done.
> "He's at the school." Liby said and Lyra threw her attention from Lacy and had it set on her now. "I think he's going to fight someone."
> Lemy was shaking. He wasn't sure if it was from the cold air or just his body shutting down on him.
> But he wasn't afraid. He stood back up.
> "You are one tough kid, I'll give you that."
> Lemy wobbled a little, his eyes swollen, his nose filled with blood, he wasn't sure but he might have lost a tooth.
> His fist barely had a bruise on them. Except for when the kid stepped on his hand while he was on the ground.
> "Take... back... what... you... said."
> "Pardon? Sorry there Loud, your gonna have to speak up. Because you sound a little out of it." The kid gave him a quick jab to the gut and Lemy fell back to the ground. Puking up a bit of his breakfast. "Aw you got crap on my shoes." He gave a good kick to side of Lemy's head.
> But Lemy grabbed onto the kids pants. He gripped each bit of cloth his hands could hold. The kid just looked him as Lemy reach his shirt.
> "Take... it back!" Lemy lost his grip but the kid grabbed his hand before he fell back down. He held the little metal head by his hand and gave a good slug right to his face.
> Lemy could barely move now. his vision a blur, his ear ringing, his face numb. All he could feel was the kid on top of him rest his knee on his chest. As the kid layed his fist into Lemy.
> Again.
> And Again.
> And Again until his hand was cut from lemy's broken teeth.
> "Got anything-" The kid took a breath. "Smart to say now?"
> Lemy grabbed the bottom of the kids shirt. And kid could hear him trying to say something. He leaned in.
> "Yu..you call that a punch?" Lemy just laughed as the kid brought fist to lemy's head.
> That's when everything went dark.
> and that when Lemy saw a light.
> Funny he'd had hoped there would be a Starway to heaven.
> But thankfully the light was just a ceiling fluorescent bulb he was staring at.
> He hearing came next as he heard voices around him. All muffled but he could tell they were yelling.
> The feeling in his hands came first. And gripped the bed post and lifted himself up.
> His family was there, his aunts, his sisters, his father. All of them either scared or angry but now just stunned by him sitting up.
> Lemy moved the oxygen mask, his eye still swollen and the cuts on his face still sore.
