**Infernal Pact of Exchange**

**Between**:
**The Esteemed Archdevil Geryon**, Sovereign of the Fifth Circle of the Infernal Realms, Eternal and Omnipotent Lord of Stygia, Chained to the Grand Infernal Tome, hereinafter referred to as **"Geryon"**,

**And**:
**The Blessed Children of Ilyrie**, identified henceforth as **"The Client"**, whose identity is hereby recorded as a distinct and separable entity for the purpose of this agreement,

**Hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Parties" and individually as a "Party"**,

**Witnesseth**:

**WHEREAS**, The Client, driven by arcane ambition and an insatiable thirst for occult power, has sought the provision of certain potent and esoteric conjurations to be employed in a grand ritual of immense mystical import;

**WHEREAS**, Geryon, the Resplendent Lord of Infernal Lore and Keeper of Infernal Secrets, possesses and controls the coveted knowledge and the mystic formulas of six powerful spells, the nature and capabilities of which are beyond mortal comprehension and of unparalleled potency in the realms of dark sorcery;

**WHEREAS**, The Client has offered, and Geryon has duly considered, a proposition of exchange wherein The Client shall render unto Geryon the souls of specific mortal entities as a commensurate and equitable barter for the aforementioned arcane services;

**NOW, THEREFORE**, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements herein contained, and other valuable consideration, the sufficiency of which is acknowledged by both Parties, the Parties hereby agree as follows:

**1. Provision of Arcane Spells:**

1.1. Geryon agrees to bestow upon The Client the use and invocation of six (6) powerful and ancient spells, hereinafter detailed, each capable of conferring significant arcane advantage and transformative effect upon their wielders.

**2. Terms of Soul Exchange:**

2.1. In consideration for the delivery of the spells specified in Section 1, The Client agrees to surrender the souls of the following named entities to Geryon:
   2.1.1. **Ink-Eyes** -
   2.1.2. **Kanauru** -
   2.1.3. **Domithun** -
   2.1.4. **Hordun Strakhelm-Donnegroth** -
   2.1.5. **J'febe Zos** -
   2.1.6. **Eladamri Liv, XXIX** -

2.2. The transfer of souls shall be executed upon completion and formal acceptance by The Client of the magical tomes and instructions pertaining to the six spells outlined in Section 1.

2.3. The Client shall deliver the souls in accordance with the ritualistic procedures as specified by Geryon, to be carried out in the designated infernal repository provided by Geryon's agents.

**3. Obligations and Covenants of the Parties:**

3.1. Geryon shall deliver the spells and associated ritual instructions to The Client within a period of thirty (30) mortal days from the completion date of this contract.

3.2. The Client shall execute the soul transfer in strict adherence to the ritualistic guidelines provided by Geryon and within a period of thirty (30) mortal years.

3.3. The Client acknowledges that failure to deliver the souls in accordance with the agreed terms shall render this contract null and void, and Geryon reserves the right to seek recompense through infernal means as deemed appropriate.

**4. Warranties and Representations:**

4.1. Geryon warrants that the spells provided are genuine and possess the described arcane capabilities, to the extent that such magical phenomena are comprehensible and verifiable within the infernal context.

4.2. The Client warrants that all actions taken under this contract shall be in compliance with applicable laws and ordinances of their realm, acknowledging that Geryon’s jurisdiction pertains solely to the infernal and arcane matters addressed herein.

**5. Dispute Resolution:**

5.1. Any disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of this contract shall be resolved through arbitration by a tribunal of three (3) infernal judges appointed by Geryon, whose decision shall be final and binding.

5.2. The Client irrevocably consents to the jurisdiction of the infernal courts and waives any claim of contestation regarding the tribunal's authority or decisions.

**6. Miscellaneous:**

6.1. This contract constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, or agreements, whether written or oral.

6.2. Amendments or modifications to this contract must be executed in writing and signed by both Parties.

6.3. The Client acknowledges that this contract is executed with full knowledge of the consequences of engaging with infernal entities and willingly accepts all risks associated with such an engagement.

**IN WITNESS WHEREOF**, the Parties hereto have executed this Infernal Pact of Arcane Exchange as of the [Day] of [Month], [Year].
