If they do not provide the requested ballots, machines, materials by 7/31/2021, the request becomes a subpoena with the full threat of law enforcement. Mastriano has a supermajority (7R’s vs 3D’s) on his ‘Inter-government Operation Committee’ and has the support of PA State Senate Majority Leader Jake Corman. Acting PA SoS Degraffenreid(DEM) has advised the three counties to not comply.
