- So like I mentioned in the midweek channel, I’m reaching out to everyone to get their thoughts and opinions on a variety of things. Before I get to the more targeted questions, is there anything you want to get off your chest about your own play, the team, the raid, the people, the game, anything?

- Hey! sorry for the late response, i was at work. I don't think i really have much to say. I think what i put for myself in the end of tier survey is still accurate. My major goals for next tier is working on my survivability a bit, and just finding some more free time to do some player power things in game (like sockets, etc). I still really enjoy raid time, i enjoy all the people, i still enjoy the raid. I don't really get tilted at bad raid nights, my attitude is that i'm there for raid and i'll try to do my best each pull. I still enjoy the game, but mostly just the raiding aspect.

- One of the things that i've seen form a few other healers is that they don't feel that healer's opinions or ideas are really being taken into consideration when it comes to start prep or during a night. Do you feel that way at all?
- WorldSlayer — Today at 4:47 PM
- i didn't get that impression too much during strat prep, at least the initial tier strat preps from what i remember, but yes i do feel like that is the case over a raid night. I think part of it is that as healers we just see everything from a different perspective, and maybe that makes it so it's not as easily understood where we are coming from. For example with the change to the SLG strat. From a dps perspective i can see it as not being that big of a deal, at least not super significant of a change , just kinda killing things faster. But from our perspective, it throws the fight and CD timings off significantly on a fight where CDs were already fairly tightly timed. Which really isn't a big deal, our healer team is good about adjusting quickly to those kinds of changes, but the hard part for us in these past couple weeks really comes down to the variability we've been having pull to pull that makes it almost impossible for us to fully plan out what we're doing when the push timings are always different. I do feel like that was falling on deaf ears a little bit after the first night on SLG this week, but going into Wed i think we were much better about it, with focusing on a consistent boss push being one of the top priorities

- Yeah, SLG is something that the other healers have mentioned as well. in that regard

- How have you felt about the rest of the tier since you joined? Is there anything you think I, as the GM, or the other officers should be doing more/less/differently to help the team be successful?
- WorldSlayer — Today at 6:11 PM
- I'm really enjoying my time here with OE, this tier has been a ton of fun. I think doing something like this is a really good thing, and i applaud you all for doing it. The only thing i can really think of is that sometimes during a rough night, when morale is already low and people are getting tilted, we'll get a speech out of anger or frustration that is a little patronizing. And that is, imo, an instant morale killer. I think there is a fine line between a motivational (get us out of this dump) type speech and something that comes out of a place of frustration. Just something i think to be mindful of. I know managing morale is super difficult from my own experience. I think that you and the officers are overall doing a great job, and i really appreciate being on a team with an officer core that cares as much as you all do
