  1. Hey there! :3
  2.
  3. Firstly, terrain. Your terrain is okay, but all in all, is just a large hill in the middle of the plot. You need something a little more dynamic at this level. As you have w/e and basic voxel, we expect a nice shaped terrain, with a decent palette. If you're unfamiliar with voxel, you can always look up tutorials on YouTube. You can make some really lovely things with this tool; in fact it's what most people use for organics/terrain - the people who are really well known in the community. So we do expect some really lovely stuff from you when you have voxel. It's pretty easy to use once you get the hang of it.
  4. I think you should make some mountains/cliffs for your terrain, against the edge of the plot instead of in the middle. This will give you an easier surface to build on.
  5. You also need some more layers on the flatter area of your terrain. Like you have at the base of your hill, pull out some of the terrain from there to create more layers.
  6. You need to create some sense of atmosphere. Everything you have on your plot feels a little 'placed'. There's no meaning to it, and there's no real sense of direction. You could improve this through the use of decoration on the plot; this can be farms, wheat fields, grass, tall grass, flowers etc. That's why I strongly encourage people to include a high amount of grass in their terrain palette. You could also have pathways leading from structure to structure, to create that sense of direction.
  7.
  8. Secondly, organics. Your big tree is alright, however it all feels a little imbalanced. The leaves are a bit too big for the tree itself, and without roots attached to the side of the hill, the tree looks like it could fall over easily. Your smaller trees also have a few too many leaves, and no roots. Pretty sure I recommended you check out Plutouthere's YouTube before, but I think it might be an idea to just take a look at it again. Listen to all his steps.
  9. Honestly, your trees aren't bad at all! They just need a small amount of help.
  10. I think it'd be nice if you had another kind of organic on your plot, instead of only trees.
  11.
  12. Lastly, structure. Your structures are all fairly random, and like I mentioned in the terrain section, they all feel a bit too placed. They're also not really in the same style as eachother, and they're all fairly small. I think because of the terrain you made yourself, it's pretty difficult to think of a theme to associate it all with. Some of them have decent detailing, but some of them just look a little strange with the detailing you gave them.
  13.
  14. I honestly do recommend you restart your plot. I know that sucks to hear, but I think your terrain just really messed with everything. I think next time around, you should really think hard about the terrain you want to include. You need to have a decent palette, contrasting maybe cliff palette with the grass palette. You need to have a large structure, with some smaller structures also. You need different kinds of organics, not only trees, maybe some animals too.
  15.
  16. Good luck!
