  1. Reason for edits: I feel that the technique is not translated properly into the game. I am looking at each mastery level and comparing them to points in the series in which the technique was used.

  6. New:
  7. Reference point: Kakashi vs Deidara
  8. In Kakashi's fight against Deidara he was fully capable of absorbing his entire body while being relatively inexperienced with Kamui. It took time to activate not because the technique itself had to be 'charged', but because Kakashi needed time to build up chakra to use what was an extremely taxing technique for him since the eye was transplanted and his reserves weren't that high. For an Uchiha, I don't think the same issue should exist given the nativity of the eye.
  9.
  10. What I think the issue of Kamui should be at the New mastery level should be accuracy. Kakashi clearly intended to suck Deidara entirely into the spacial hole of Kamui, but he was unable to hit a fast-moving target from that range. How would this translate into the game?

  13. Current Calculation:
  14. (Requires one whole round preparation.)
  15. (Create a spatial hole at Control + 25 speed. This spacial hole can only consume up to a target's appendage worth of space.)
  16. (Ignores all defenses.)
  17. (If two rounds of preparation are made, the spatial hole can consume up to a whole body.)
  18.
  19. Proposed New Calculation:
  20. (Create a spatial hole at Control - 25 speed. This spacial hole can only consume up to a single tile of space.)
  21. (Ignores all defenses.)
  22. (One round cooldown.)
  23.
  24. I think the best way to represent accuracy in the game should be the speed. This newer calculation has the capacity to absorb an entire body as I wanted (represented as a tile) but is much slower.
  25.
  26. The cooldown has also been added regardless of what the user absorbs. I believe the technique should put a strain on the user, disallowing consecutive use. During the following round, I'd probably RP pain and bleeding eyes.

  33. In this fight Kamui is more accurate; we see Kakashi absorb smaller, faster-moving objects with more success than before while under great stress.

  39. Current Calculation:
  40. (Requires one whole round preparation.)
  41. (Create a spatial hole at Control + 40 speed. This spacial hole can only consume up to a target's appendage worth of space.)
  42. (Ignores all defenses.)
  43. (If two rounds of preparation are made, the spatial hole can consume up to a whole body.)

  46. Proposed Expert Calculation:
  47. (Create a spatial hole at Control + 40 speed. This spacial hole can only consume up to a single tile of space.)
  48. (Ignores all defenses.)
  49. (Can be used twice before a cooldown of one turn.)
  50.
  51. Increased speed to represent higher accuracy. The cooldown coming after 2 is what I decided on since Kakashi was able to use it twice consecutively in his fight against Pain. One to save himself, and then a second time to save Choji. It should be noted that he used Kamui on something as small as a nail while in motion at this stage.

  57. In this part Kamui gets ridiculous. We see it used many times consecutively, we see it be used on the user to teleport themselves into the Kamui Dimension, we see it absorb the Eight Tails and release it. I think all of this should be represented in the technique, but it needs to be balanced. I will do my best.

  62. Current Calculation:
  63. (Create a spatial hole at Control + 60 speed. This spacial hole can only consume up to a whole body of space.)
  64. (Ignores all defenses.)
  65. (No longer requires preparation. This technique has a one turn cooldown following its use. Using it to consume a whole body puts the technique on a two turn cooldown.)
  66.
  67. Proposed Mastered Calculation:
  68.
  69. (Create a spatial hole at Control + 60 speed. This spacial hole can only consume up to a single tile of space.)
  70. (For an additional 500 essence, the user can expand the size of their spacial hole by 1x1, allowing them to capture larger targets. This can be repeated to further increase the size so long as they have the essence. Doing this takes up two uses and requires a whole turn of preparation.)
  71. (Ignores all defenses.)
  72. (User can now release things from the Kamui Dimension. This happens at Control - 50 speed. Items are ejected from the user's left eye.
  73. (Can be used on self as a means of travel or escape, though this is very slow. Activation is Control/2.)
  74. (Can be used four times before a cooldown of one turn.)
  75.
  76. Kakashi was able to absorb the Eight Tails and then release it to have it fire at the Ten Tails' eye from its new position (Source/Proof: http://bleachsoulevolution.com/forum/manga/Naruto/610/14). While I don't think its size is limitless, this suggests that the size of the spacial hole is proportionate to the amount of chakra the user has. I set the cooldown to four allowing the user to absorb a large target and release it consecutively as seen in the manga/show before suffering the cooldown.
  77.
  78. Added the clause of it being used on self but made it very slow. In one of the instances where we see the left eye do this, Madara sucks himself into the dimension after being struck by Sasuke. To me, this suggests that it wasn't very fast and is likely much much slower than the right eye's own similar ability.
