- Writing Prompt:
- >big pone will never discover internet
- >they will never see the thread when good stuff is happening
- >they will never be impressed and track us all down for big pone fun
- ==========Visitation======
- I'd like to think there are other contributing factors in such an encounter. If people truly are far, far, smaller than your average pony...
- >You awake with a groggy start, bed creaking.
- >The clock by your bed says it's a very meager five in the morning; not even the sun dares cast it's rays yet
- >Why were you awake?
- >A steady thud comes from outside, like a large animal encroaching on your home.
- >It's either bigfoot coming out from the forest to kill you like you always knew it would at some point after the neighbors disappeared last year, or you're dreaming again.
- >You slap yourself a few times to test the dreaming idea, and despite the sensation, you have not awakened.
- >The thumps start again and truly you are awake at this point.
- >You knew this home out in the woods was a stupid idea, but nooo, only place you could afford with some land on it.
- >You have an inkling of an idea, a desperate hope it might not be the Sasquatch.
- >You hastily get dressed and stumble outside the front porch, light flickering on.
- >The thumps are loud now.
- >Something big is approaching you.
- >Is it what you hoped, or what you dreaded?
- >You can't see anything of it in the dark night until it enters the circle of porchlight.
- >A hoof, a hoof!
- "Bigpony, welcome to my humblllll...."
- >You trail off as you see a pony alright, but not the one you hoped for.
- >It was not a cuddly colossus, but about the size of a regular horse.
- >Not even amazonian scale, really.
- >At the exact same time, both you and the pony admit something.
- >"You're not giant," you both say as if that was naturally how it should have been.
- >The pony stammers for a moment.
- >"B-but, I, you, you're supposed to be huge!"
- "What?! No I'm not, you are!"
- >"Nuh uh! I read it on the internet! You were giant compared to me and I was supposed to hide in a pizza and-"
- "Wait, wait, pizza?"
- >"Yeah!" she nods enthusiastically.
- "What's your name?"
- >"Clay, you know, the darling little 'miniponi'?"
- >Wait, is that why she's not any bigger?
- >She's tiny compared to other ponies, so if you were also tiny compared to them, she'd be about the size of the thing standing before you now.
- >Of all the possible canon or non-canon characters visiting you, it had to be this one.
- "What did you expect? My house isn't nearly big enough."
- >She shuffles her hooves and looks down, embarrassed.
- >You just cross your arms over your chest.
- "I mean, really, how was this ever going to work out? Was I just going to magically pop out and be huge or something?"
- >"Um..."
- >By the way she looked at you, the answer was a most definite 'yes.'
- "Damnit, Clay."
- >"What? Oh come on, I'll even settle for some shrinking! Don't you have alchemy or magic or something here too?"
- >She was getting desperate, stomping her hooves nervously.
- "No, Earth doesn't have that stuff."
- >She begs you as you open the front door and step inside your home once again.
- >"Please! Just do what you did to make yourself small like this and shrink me too!"
- "That's not how it works."
- >Your excitement for the morning deflated, you start back towards the bedroom.
- >You hear some rustling and she's now sticking her head up against the window.
- >"I want my giant human cuddles, anon! You said you were giant!"
- "No. Goodnight, Clay. Come back when you're huger."
- >"I'm not leaving 'till I get my lewd and cuddles!"
- "Clay, you could barely fit through the door."
- >"Can too!"
- "Naaah."
- >"Anooon!" she whines.
- "Clay, please g- actually, I have an idea."
- >"Huh?"
- >You disappear inside and come back out shortly after with some pictures.
- >You shove them in her horsey face and she looks them over for a second before a rosy tint grows across her face.
- >"Oh my. L-lewd."
- "Take them, and go home, Clay."
- >"Yeah, I can do that."
- >The pony leaves the scene and you are at peace.
- >Elsewhere and later, in Equestria, a tiny pony stares at a collection of pictures as she walks home.
- >That is, until she is interrupted by a larger form who was also on an early morning walk.
- >"Oh, good morning, Clay."
- >"Good morning," the miniponi blurts out absentmindedly.
- >The larger equine leans in closer.
- >"What do you have there?"
- >"Oh, just, pictures."
- >"Is that anon guy you were obsessing over?"
- >"Yeah, great guy, you should go meet him sometime."
- >"You actually found out where he lives?"
- >"Of course I did!" she says, but then some unspoken realization strikes and she slyly adds in one more comment.
- >"You know, he mentioned you too, and he says he'd be super excited to meet you."
- >The massive pony tilts her head to the side quizzically.
- >"Is he really that nice?"
- >Fortunately she didn't seem to read Clay's devious expression.
- >"Y-yeah, of course he is! You know I showed you a couple of times when they mentioned you too, right?"
- >"Oh. But what about those other things?"
- >"Pshaw, it was just a running joke. You know, more advanced comedy."
- >"Really?"
- >"Yeah, really, he's uh, an intellectual, you know smart humor is. Go get him, girl! Here's his address."
- >"Oh, okay. I'll go say hi later, looks like it's not that long of a trip."
- >Clay just nods.
- >"Yep, now if you'll excuse me, I've gotta go get these pictures framed."
- >"Offly strange snapshots."
- >"Well he's an artist type."
- >"Oh? And he's artist? Maybe I really will go visit tonight. See you around, Clay."
- >"Bye."
- >Clay waited for the truly big pony to leave before she looked back down at the pictures.
- >Each one was a low-angle, close up shot of a human's hands, feet, and mouth to give the illusion of the subject being massive.
- >"You better enjoy what I just did, anon."
- >She bites her lip.
- >"'Cause I'm enjoying what you did."
