  1. We gather today to pray for Nature's succor and ask for the protection of the indomitable spirit of these mountains.
  2.
  3. em scatters it across mountain path ++ picking up a handful of gravel,
  4.
  5. When surrounded and embraced by these earthen giants, these mountains that predate the combined lifetimes of all those gathered here, it is easy to forget that the gravel we stand upon was once part of the mountain range as well.
  6.
  7. Zahra, will you seek the harmony found in this place, in the name of the Ancient Circle?
  8.
  9. Even these timeless guardians can fracture and break with time. But if this lack of unity was a certainty, there would be nothing but rubble at all. May we be graced with the endurance to stand as they have.
  10.
  11. Mina, will you represent the Sentinels of Nature as you seek the endurance that these mountains provide their children?
  12.
  13. May the mountains bless us with the willpower to heed the example that they provide. United, these mighty stones bear an immense burden, one that would crush even the strongest boulder that attempted to stand alone.
  14.
  15. Prythe, on behalf of the Sylvanic Fellowship, will you seek the willpower that can be found in the harmony of the mountainside?
  16.
  17. May we use these blessings to better serve the greater whole, using the gifts given by Nature to more capably serve Her. But, let us remember that this blessing is but a facet of what we seek here today.
  18.
  19. Prythe, please evoke the blessings of Nature at this time.
  20.
  21. Let us remember the greater purposes at work here, that while we may be different in tradition, temperament, profession, and a myriad number of other details, our cause is the same. We must not let our being overshadow our purpose, that is the lesser of our identities as children of Nature.
  22.
  23. So I close with a prayer. I pray that we may all seek a greater unity each day then the one that came before, and not let the rifts that are formed by our differences grow greater then the strength of a shared commitment. Instead, may we be offered insight to our own natures through the observations of our comrades.
  24.
  25. em bows deeply. ++ tucking the tablet under his arm,
