- Crobat - Ban. Too fast, too hard to take down, has too many good traits, overshadows a bunch of mons, is arguably an auto-include. If something becomes broken after removing Crobat then it should also be banned.
- Kangaskhan - Ban. Has no business being allowed in Under when it's a perfectly viable Fake Out user in Standard/Limited, very close in viability to Medicham/Hariyama. Generally has too many good traits, usage is too high, and overshadows other Fake Out users like Persian, Jynx, Dewgong, Sableye, Sneasel.
- Shiftry - Noone uses this mon for some reason but I'm pretty sure it belongs in Limited, not Under. It is what it is though.
- Charizard - In terms of viability in Limited, it's probably high enough to warrant a ban from Under. It's arguably on par with Moltres. But has it proven to be problematic in Under? Bellyzard seems like it, but evidence is a little scarce still.
- Ninjask - Is good enough in Limited that it could be banned from Under. Again though, has it proven to be a problem in Under? I mean...kinda yeah. Particularly if Crobat is banned.
- Shedinja - My honest opinion is that if Ninjask goes so should Shedinja. Their viability in Limited is roughly the same. You can use it there.
- Swellow - Very threatening offensive threat. Evidence is scarce, but I am leaning more towards ban than no ban.
