  11. Tough: passive; Earth ponies take 1 additional hit before becoming helpless as well as 1 extra wound once they become helpless, for a total of 6 hits and 6 wounds without other modifiers. They can also lift, carry and move heavier objects than unicorns and pegasi.

  13. Earth Pony Way: passive; Being born without a horn or wings has taught you how to spend more time and effort in the things you do. Pick one skill you know, it gains a +1 bonus.

  15. Impale: recharge 3, weapon; Pins a target to the ground with your weapon, dealing damage and stunning them, leaving them unable to make any actions next turn. You lose use of your weapon next turn, but the enemy is left open. All allies actions against that target use Impale’s natural roll for their rolls.

  17. Grappler: passive; Trained in melee and close quarters combat, you overpower foes easily in such situations. You have +1 to all rolls when making non-combat actions to grapple, subdue, restrain, or in any way preventing a target from moving with your own body. You can apply this bonus in combat to remove an enemy from combat without killing them, but only when they’re the only enemy in their zone and helpless, or on very low health.

  21. Counter: instant automatic, self, recharge 3; Prepare yourself to intercept an enemy’s attack next turn. If they make a single target attack, you cancel the attack and any effects it would have had and gain a Bonus Action for Slam that turn against that target, allowing you to use Slam even if you do not know it.

  23. Tumble: Recharge 1; Roll past an enemy, striking them and dealing damage. You may use this ability from helplessness, and on success you recover back on your feet. On Crit you can knock down and roll them away, pushing them off into another zone.

  25. Guard: passive; A shield always helps stave off attacks, even if it’s not readily held up. All counterattack damage you take is lowered by 1.

  27. Brace: weapon; Rush to a close by ally’s side and help them stand against an attack. When an ally would take any type of damage, you can use this to cut that damage in half on success. You can also use this on yourself, but only against enemy attacks and not counterattack damage.

  31. Ranged: passive; You can target characters in any Zone provided they are targetable normally. Unless your enemy also has a Ranged Weapon or a Prism Catalyst, you will not take counterattack damage (aside from Crit Fails) if you are in a different Zone from your target.

  33. Aimed Shot: weapon; Take aim on an unexpecting target. If this is your first attack on your target this combat or if you have not dealt damage to them in the past 3 turns, then this skill becomes Automatic and deals 3 damage.

  35. Riposte: passive; Whenever you make a successful attack that is not Dual Wielding, you follow up with your off-hand weapon. Roll a 1d3, and add the result to the damage dealt.

  37. Dual Wielding: weapon; Strike at an enemy with both of your weapons in quick succession. Make two rolls to attack. A Critfail on one roll does not cancel the other, but you still fall helpless.

  41. Shieldbearer: Rampart's shield can benefit from the Ranged tag, being thrown at unsuspecting enemies. However, when using the shield as a Ranged attack, Rampart loses the Shield tag and the associated skills, but has access to Dual Weapon skills while unarmed. Retrieving the shield is an automatic action.
