She is on her 3rd cloned heart, and another cloned heart is not an option.  Father is not a good genetic match, and mother had the same condition (though less severe) and has been dead for 10 years.
  - Objectives: obtain a good compatible heart in less than 3 weeks for implantation.

  - Payout: 200k on completion.  Negotiable up to 250k (up to 20% of pay can be provided up front)
  - Details: The building to be cleared is a 4 story building.  1st floor is a retail space, parking garage and small lobby with access to the other floors.  2nd floor is an abandoned community clinic and 2nd floor of the parking garage.  3rd and 4th floors are abandoned office space.  3rd floor also has 'executive parking area'.  Ramp to the executive parking area from 2nd floor is collapsed, and it can only be accessed by a locked door on the 3rd floor.  (no power to the door, and rating 4 maglock).
  - Objectives: building must be emptied of occupants.  Cosmetic damage is ok, but no structural damage.

    - Hidden storage room in the clinic contains 50k in medical supplies (medicines, pain killers, drugs)
    - Dealers stash on 3rd floor with 20k in BTL chips
    - 3rd floor parking area has a 2031 Dodge Charger (Euro Westwind Turbo).  Worth book price in current condition.  If restored/functional worth 1.75x the list price. (requires 5k in repairs)

  - Client: Private Party (Maya Avenicci)
  - Payout: 150k + 50k Up front.  Negotiable to 250K + 75k upfront
  - Details: Maya is bored and the stipend she gets isn't enough to cover the partying she wants to do, so she has arranged for herself to be kidnapped and held for ransom.  Her father heads the $CITY Restoration and Redevelopment Alliance.  Maya is super-excited about the whole thing.
  - Objectives: Abduct Maya, hold for 72 hours, release at a location to be provided after that time is passed.
  - Pre-Done legwork: 5 invites to a high end party/fundraiser at a casino that Maya will be attending with her father.
  - Twists:
    - 2 other groups are looking to kidnap Maya at the same time.
      - Another runner team hired by the mob looking to hold Maya for leverage in breaking into the gentrification deals.  The runners have planted a tracker on Maya in one of her favorite pieces of Jewelry.
      - A Go-Gang upset about the redevelopment looking to de-rail it. The go gang is leveraging watcher spirits and tailing Maya to look for opportunities to strike

  - Client: Caribbean League
  - Payout 750k upon completion.  Negotiable to 1.5M +200k up front
  - Objective: Snatch Carlos Venganza (Toxic Leopard shaman, Grade 3 initiate, Potency 4) from an Aztechnology black site, get him to the extraction site, and provide security on the way to the Caribbean League black site.
  - Details: Carlos Venganza is a toxic shaman who has been a thorn in Aztechnology's side for the last 4 years, and they finally caught him.  CL wants him liberated, re-educated, and released back into the Yucatan to continue vexing Aztechnology.  The Aztechnology black site is in a cenote, submerged 50 feet underwater.  The only proper access point is an elevator at the top of the cenote opening, the elevator is accessible by 2 catwalks from the ground.  Carlos' cell is flooded with FAB1, is monitored by cameras at all times, has neurostun X sprayers in it, and in emergency situations can open the "windows" to flood the cell and drown him.
  - Extra challenges:
    - military patrols will need to be avoided/dealt with.
    - If the team is too late to extraction they will need to find their own way to a secondary extraction point off-shore

  - Details: Connor Langdon took 3 friends to the family's private island/hunting preserve.  They missed the last 3 check-ins and the private security sent to check on them has gone dark too.  Find Connor (and his friends), get them home safely.
  - Objective: get connor and his friends back to the house for extraction. If connor dies mission is considered failed. Each extra rescue is worth 100k.

  - Payout: 250k can be negotiated to 300k plus 50k up front
  - Objective: Kidnap upcoming pop star Sheeyo
  - Details: Pop star Sheeyo has dominated the top spots in pop, synth, rock, reggae and indie lists for the last 3 months.  All 3 singles released have hit the top spot on at LEAST 3 charts, only being unseated when her next single comes out.  Her Album is the top selling album of the last 20 years.  Which is surprising for a musician who seemingly came out of nowhere, doesn't appear to have done anything prior to topping the charts and leads an intensely private life.  All interviews are live-cast over the matrix, 'live' shows feature live dancers, body doubles, digital projections and extravagant displays.  Horizon has been stonewalled by an army of lawyers and agents from Lucent Media Technologies, and has made no progress in trying to convince Sheeyo to hop labels.  The new plan is a kidnapping and forced contract breaking.

It draws information from millions of brain scans, customized playlists, and historical trends in music to generate exactly the kind of music that will sell/be popular at any given time.

  - Details: Saeder-Krupp is getting ready to launch a specialty drone system designed to scout asteroids and drag them back to earth orbit for easier mining.  Ares is working on similar technology, but will not be able to launch before Saeder-Krupp.  Saeder-Krupp's launch needs to be delayed by at least 2 months, by any means necessary.

  - Details: Jennifer Reznik is a magical security specialist working at Wuxing.  She was arrested on 3 counts of homicide and practicing blood magic.  She needs to go free.
  - Objectives:
    - Primary: Secure Jennifer's legal permanent release.
    - Acceptable Resolution: Found not guilty at trial
    - Good Resolution: Charges dropped permanently - 25% increase in payout
    - Best Resolution: Charges dropped, someone else charged/convicted - 50% increase in payout
    - Worst Resolution: Jailbreak and delivery to a CAS safe-house. - 50% decrease in payout
  - The TRUTH:  Jennifer is innocent.  In fact there's not even a blood mage involved.  She was set up by the local chief of Lonestar in an attempt to get a high profile case/conviction so Lonestar can win the contract for city police force.

  - Details: Mitsuhama is looking to get into ocean floor mining, but lacks the required expertise.  Trina Gorman is a geologist and engineer with extensive experience working underwater mining operations and designing mining facilities for use in underwater habitats.  Unfortunately she is under contract to Discovery Metallurgy, and living/working in an underwater habitat for the next 6 months.
  - Objective: Kidnap Trina and deliver her to a Mitsuhama safehouse.
