  1. The Dangerous world of Sillum
  2.
  3. Kinaro is the main continent of the world known as Sillum, and is the most colonized out of them all. However, some places have not even explored as most people who venture out into the wilds never return, save for seasoned hunters. Even then, the cities are assaulted weekly by the beasts as if driven by some motive to tear apart civilization. Some cities that avoid being attacked often lack electricity. Other than the nightly assaults, during the day it is peaceful and seems prosperous, and is often happy. No one knows why the monsters attack, except that the inhabitants of Kinaro have been expanding their cities recently. The Kiran Empire who governs the colonies of Kinaro are developing better means to defend themselves as quickly as they can, which is beginning to turn the tides of war. This continent is filled with as much honest people as it is criminals, often no one knows who to trust as the result. The Kinaro are doing horrifying experiments on their own people in an attempt to create superhumans to beat up the beasts, and their most recent advance is actually a flintlock, albeit very shabby.
  4.
  5. Babylon - This is a rumored island filled to the brim with richs, but no one ever returns, save for those that just pussied out. Babylon was long ago ruled by a King who had ruled over the entire world of Sillum for at least a decade, as within the wilds there are various ruins and statues built after him. Unfortunately, there is not much known about this big island, as few people ever make it there and those who do are either scared off or die. It is largely composed of ruins and there is supposedly an entire, constantly shifting labyrinth underneath it holding unknown treasures.
  6.
  7. Magrik - Magrik is an island off the shores of Babylon completely composed of crystals of all colors and shapes shining brilliantly, it supposedly holds a star inside of it. However, the island is beginning to crack due to horrendous earthquakes all over the world.
  8.
  9. Kinroha - Kinroha is a rather large continent of which is essentially a massive dessert. The 'beaches' of the island is a massive mountain range with snowy tops and is filled with monsters. The ruins of an ancient city lie amongst the peaks of this large circular mountain range. From atop the peaks however you can see a blood red shining light from the center of the dessert, as well as two ancient towers sticking out of the dessert a few miles from the center, one seemingly made out of ivory, and the other is some form of black metal with various fires lit that are visible from the windows. Unfortunately, anyone who enters the dessert never returns, leaving only speculation as to what lies within.
  10.
  11. Eingrot - Eingrot is the place where most dwarves live, deep underground and secluded. They are constantly mining for valuables and are the best blacksmiths around. Their king has fallen ill recently and there is a dispute between the clans of dwarves of who should be the next king. The two heirs have the castes split equally amongst them, and are stuck in a rather violent stalemate. The surface entrance is an iron palace in the mountains of Kinroha, at the base
  12.
  13. Lambru - Lambru is the ancient city amongst the peaks of Kinroha, and has been partially ransacked save for the ancient dragons that have made these mountains their home. They often fight eachother for territory when they're not out hunting or snoozing, and supposedly has some of the greatest riches within their lairs.
  14.
  15. Oria - Oria is probably the safest land of Sillum, due to it being a large island compromised of a massive tower that goes up above the clouds. No one knows what it is made out of seems to have been nature made, and despite all of the passages throughout it, no one could find a single fault in its structure. It harbors mainly criminals and a wide variety of mages that gather regularly. These mages are supposedly a circle of archmagi that keep the world in check, or at least they try to.
  16.
  17. Come - Come is a massive continent, seemingly floating above the clouds and lies over the sea. The mages that once lived up there used their magic as a part of their everyday life, but are now scattered amongst the lands below. These mages have now become archaelogists, poets, advisors, and scholars. The King of Come was the Grandmaster Wizard, who's magic seemed to outrank all the others, and was a master of every known type. He was probably around 1000, seemingly granted immortality through one great quest he went on long ago, but now he has been captured by demons. These demons are draining the Grandmaster of his power and harnessing it for an unknown purpose.
  18.
  19. Sion - Sion is the name of the vast ocean that seperates all of the continents from eachother. It's riddled with seamonsters which is why people tend to use wind mages to take them places, or blimps which are scarce and very expensive. Some people are very capable though and normally sail across the ocean in their dreadnaughts with a dozen mages on each, using pure magical power to fuel cannons. There is supposedly a lost city in the middle of it, but all that is visible is the peak of a black, almost shining tower.
  20.
  21. Miraq - Miraq is the second largest continent. Mostly it's a massive forest filled with bamboo that is sometimes impossible to get through, without a mithril blade, at least if you don't want to follow the trap ridden trails. The natives here are peaceful, but can very easily take on a kraken if they work together as an entire community. Most towns consist of 30-50 men, of which are expert warriors. These men generally live to be around 300, and spend half of their lives training, and after apprenticeship they spend another 50 years traveling the world to gain experience through actual encounters.
  22.
  23. Locho - Locho is a large chasm that cuts the continent of Miraq in half. It's unfortunately filled with barbarian tribes that are constantly warring for fame and respect from one another, and the people there base their lives off of the status of the foes they have slain. Their ritual for a child to become an adult is to kill one of their sacred animal, known as the Kabito. This chasm is the only place not covered by bamboo in Miraq.
  24.
  25. The Wandering Isle of Monrac - Monrac is an isle that is constantly moving throughout Sion. It moves at an almost barely nonexistant speed. On top of this isle is a very well preserved city of magnificent ruins that is filled with old relics, but anyone that finds the isle often lose half their crew and flee.
  26.
  27. Oakran - Oakran is the third largest completely covered by trees made out of various minerals, although if anyone does damage to the trees, they are cursed with eternal bad luck, and will often die before they even manage to leave the forest. The curse is very potent, and anything that can go wrong, will go wrong. You could even die from a small fragment of a meteor hitting you from space. The entire continent is actually shaped like a tree itself, the swampy roots of the continent harboring a city built amongst the trees along with a massive chapel with towers that reach into the sky. Besides that, there is also the mother-tree which reaches far above the clouds as well, and is rumored to be a gateway to other worlds.
  28.
  29. Biaboose - The magma ridden land of Biaboose is now inhabitable for the most part. It has a cool climate due to it being in the north, and the ash blocking out the sun. Only a small settlement is there currently, and is known as Dry Harbour.
  30.
  31. Krimak - Krimak is the fifth largest continent, and is inhabited with mostly civil. Even the monsters seem to negotiate with the people, but this is only in the confines of the cities. Outside the cities people are fair prey as in most natural circumstances, but the monsters here are intriguingly intelligent. There are various magical traps throughout this land, and outside of the cities it is mostly a thick, dense pine-tree filled forest.
  32.
  33. Zakri - Zakri is the third largest continent. It is always night there, and anyone who goes there is often plagued with hallucinations. Due to this, one knows what Zakri truly like, as almost everything is an illusion. People often die here, mostly from falling into chasms or getting eaten by the native monsters who are resistant to the illusion, however it has been rumored that if you bear a crystal from Magrik, the illusions will not plague you.
  34.
  35. That is all of the known and barely explored lands that were submitted by the old Hamfron Wisp, the well renowned traveler who wrote a book on all of his travels throughout his lifetime, and if you need to know more about a place, ask any mage and he will be able to provide you a copy of his actual book, as this was just a summary of what he explored, for he recorded the known history as well.
