- [i] As a concerned citizen of this hell of a city we call Los Santos, I think anyone who spends any time around a week in this place and does not have severe mental issues is capable of noticing the problems the city is going through, whether it's for insecurity or generally the lack of care from the citizens themselves. Getting a CCWP license is my best option when it comes to protecting whether it's myself or my family in general, especially after the notable rise of illegal activity. Me, my family members & acquaintances have all been robbed at least once, and me myself have even been kidnapped lastly in the lapse of 72 hours.
 I am also a proud citizen of the United States of America and the second amendment protects my right as a citizen to keep and bear a weapon, and thus here I am applying for the CCWP.[/i][/divbox][divbox=Black][/divbox][divbox=white][b]LSPD FIREARM CCWP - TERMS OF AGREEMENT[/b]
[size=70]The Los Santos Police Department, henceforth referred to as the CCWP Issuer, is officiated to register, distribute, regulate and maintain CCWP Holders. All CCWP Applicants, henceforth referred to as CCWP Holders, agree to acknowledge and abide by the following terms of licensing:

• CCWP Holders are to adhere to all local ordinances, state & federal laws, and regulatory policies issued by the CCWP Issuer and/or its officiated personnel.

• CCWP Holders are to read the terms/policies regarding registration, distribution, regulation and maintenance as they are subject to change without prior notification.

• CCWP Holders are allowed to hold up to two licenses, one for smaller caliber firearms (Tier 1) and the other for automatic rifles and specialized firearms (Tier 2) if granted by the CCWP Issuer.

• CCWP Holders are subject to all local, state, and federal laws or acts regarding self defense. Any usage of your firearm in violation of these laws or acts is disallowed. Private sport shooting may be done in a secure private range.

• CCWP Holders are to immediately contact and notify the LSPD if their firearm is stolen or their license is missing/stolen and shall be subject to loss of license with a ban for future registration if they fail to do so.

• CCWP Holders are to register their firearms within 72-hours of purchasing their firearm and are to provide accurate and truthful information. Failure to register all possessed firearms or invalid registrations may subject the CCWP Holder to loss of license and other applicable consequences.

• CCWP Holders are to immediately contact and notify the LSPD if their (personal) situation changes, they move to another address, or a change occurs that could reasonably change the CCWP Holder's permit standing.

• Official representatives of the Firearms Licensing Division, Los Santos Police Department, reserve the right to request identification and documentation for your firearm if stopped as well as to verify proper storage of your firearm on your person or in your vehicle.[/size][/divbox][divbox=Black][/divbox][divbox=white][b]LSPD FIREARM CCWP - DECLARATION OF ACKNOWLEDGEMENT[/b]

[size=70]I declare that I have read, agree to abide by, and am aware of all the firearm laws of Los Santos, San Andreas. I will follow, at all times, all of the rules and regulations of the Concealed Carry Weapon Permit and have read, understood, and agree to abide by the Terms of Agreement. I understand that if the permit is issued to me, I take full responsibility of it and my actions with it. I understand that all fees that are being paid for the processing of this permit are nonrefundable. I am aware that any misuse of my firearm may result in legal repercussions against me and can have consequences for my CCWP standing. I agree and am aware that the LSPD may conduct extensive background checks in any way the LSPD feels necessary in the course of this application or after as far as the LSPD deems it required.
