Tsaaq: Hayley sat in the corner of the cheer gym with her knees hugged to her chest, remaining quiet as she waited for the others to enter the gym.
Covet: -Cadence made her way into the Cheer Gym walking over to the desk to flip the laptop open and power it up before inputting her login info. While she waited for the system to boot up she pulled her hair back from her face and pulled it up tight. away from her face. She looked up to see Hayley sitting there across the room- Oh... Uh Hi Hayley...How's it going? -she asked getting up from the desk and walking over to the couches-
Alexithymiaa: -Steph made her way down the hallway, her gym bag over her shoulder and her water bottle in her hand. She took a sip and shoved it down into her bag, pushing the doors open to step into the cheer gym. "Sup?"-
Tsaaq: She looked up then lowered her head again. "Fine." She answered with a forlorn exhale, leaning her head against her knee and not really moving from the couches.
Covet: Yeah okay, I'll believe that... -Cadence said, sitting down and looking over at her- Does your current mood have something to do with asking me about my medication? -Cadence asked then turned around to see Steph- Hey, not much. -she said then looked back at Hayley-
Alexithymiaa: -She walked to the front of the room and set her bag down on the floor next to the table, taking a deep breath and stretching her arms up over her head. "Wait, what?"-
Tsaaq: "My mood is fine. This is the mood I always have. This is my default mood." Hayley retorted in a monotone. "I already took care of it anyways..." She trailed off. "I shouldn't have asked in the first place." Hayley spoke quietly before glancing at Steph. "Nothing."
Covet: I'm trying to figure that out, actually -Cadence sighed and leaned forward- Hayley... Is everything alright? I mean...it kind of throws up some red flag when you ask questions like that.
Alexithymiaa: -Steph furrowed her brows, moving her hand to sweep her hair off to one side as she spun to look over at Hayley. "Why were you asking about meds?"-
Tsaaq: Hayley furrowed her eyebrows. "Everything is great. It's not a red flag because nothing is wrong." She said dismissively. She shrugged her shoulders. "I don't know. I don't remember... I was tired when I sent that text. It was late last night." She replied quickly, lowering her head.
Covet: As much as I would love to buy that, I know better and that wouldn't explain the persistence after the fact. So please... can you clue me in here. -Cadence said pressing further-
Alexithymiaa: -Steph adjusted her glasses on her face, her eyes set on Hayley as she just watched her. "Asking about someone's medication is kind of...." She paused, pursing her lips. "Invasive. Without good reason."-
Tsaaq: "Okay. I'm sorry." She said in a monotone to Steph, getting up from the couch. "I have to pee." She whispered. "Nothing to clue in, everything is fine now." Hayley muttered, picking up her gym bag and rummaging around.
Covet: Hayley.. seriously. I'm trying to be here as a concerned team mate and a friend. Was it not 4 weeks ago that you were just ranting about how nobody reached out... Well this is me taking initiative on that. If you're trying to get medication because you actually need it, then I want to help, It can work wonders, but if you're getting it...for reasons to harm yourself..Then you have people to talk to...but we can't figure it out if you don't tell us.
Alexithymiaa: -She chewed on her lower lip and crossed her arms over her chest, shifting to lean back against the table behind her as she just stared over at Hayley, probably a little too harshly considering the circumstances.-
Tsaaq: She sighed and let her bag rest on her shoulder. "Now none of that matters, so don't worry about it. I just complain a lot." Hayley said calmly, going to pat Cadence on the shoulder. "I was just being an idiot as usual but everything is okay and now I'm going to go to the bathroom and you guys can start without me or whatever, cause I already held up practice long enough anyways." Hayley tried to sound cheery as she stepped away, walking backwards. She looked at Steph and darted her eyes. "I'll be back I promise." She said a little weakly then turned, trying to retreat.
Covet: -Cadence took a deep breath then exhaled nodding her head- Alright. But really, I'm here... -She got up from where she was sitting and started back towards the mat to get herself stretched out- // -Kelsey burst throught the doors in what looked like a sheer panic- I'm soo sorry I'm late! I laid down to take a nap and overslept my Alarm. What have I missed? -she asked doubling over as she panted, putting her bag on the floor near the wall-
Alexithymiaa: -Steph slowly turned her head to look over at Kelsey, speaking very casually. "Apparently not laps, that's for sure." She walked over to the mat, swinging her arms around to loosen them up.-
Tsaaq: "Of course." She called out. She bit the inside of her cheek as she went to speed walk out of the gym. "Hey." She muttered as she glanced at Kelsey as she went over to the doors and practically bolted out of the gym towards the locker room.
Covet: We're just getting started. But yeah, you can catch up on laps at the end of practice. -Cadence watched Kelsey, then looked at Steph- If she's not back in fifteen minutes we're hunting her ass down. Something's up... // -Kelsey stood up with her hand to her chest- Oh thank the Lord. I think if I had to do laps right now my heart would explode. I nearly got into an accident as I pulled in.
Alexithymiaa: "I don't own any camo." She said in monotone, flipping her hair over before turning to look at Cadence. "What's on the agenda?"-
Tsaaq: She looked over her shoulder at every despite the locker room being empty. She went into the area with the toilet stalls and entered one, leaning on the door as she rummaged around in her bag.
Covet: Har har, -Cadence said rolling her eyes.- I was hoping some more stunt work, but I'm not sure where Care's at. So how do you feel about doing some combos and passes? // -Kelsey walked over to the mats and started stretching.- Care's got a funeral tomorrow, so that might not be why's she's not here. She's been kind of out of it.  That sounds good, I've been working on them
Alexithymiaa: "I'm fine with that. I need to blow off some of this energy." She scratched a hand over her arm, walking off toward the edge of the mat where she imagined they'd start.-
Tsaaq: Hayley sighed a little as she pulled out a bottle of water then a pill bottle, peering at the writing on the bottle. She pursed her lips a moment and went to rip off that troublesome plastic that usually comes on generic  pharmacy stuff.
Covet: Alright We'll do that then. Let's start off with a Front walkover roundoff backhandspring layout. -Cadence said directing them, then looked up at the clock, then towards the door-  // Kelsey walked to the edge of the mat and scrunched her face up thinking of the moves Cadence had just called out-
Alexithymiaa: -She turned to glance to the clock before facing forward, taking a running start and throwing her hands out in front of her. She tumbled forward, her body turning to one side and flipping head over heels, her feet landing together on the mat. She twisted to bend backwards following her momentum, continuing into the back handspring and pushing off hard to send her body around, her arms and legs stretched out long as she flipped. She landed hard on her feet, keeping her knees bent before standing up with her arms above her head. "That.... was not a front walkover. Shit. Sorry."-
Tsaaq: She grumbled as most of the packaging fell onto the floor of the stall. She opened the pill bottle but reluctantly stared at it then sighed as she poured a few pills out and threw them back and took a long swig of water.
Covet: No, it wasn't. But it was still pretty, even if it was a hard landing. Lots of pent up energy? -Cadence asked, then did the pass herself. She took a two step run then through her arms up, fliping her body over leading with one foot over the other, using her momentum to transition into her round off. She landed on her toes absorbed the shock and pushed off backwards catching herself on her hands, landing on her feet and pushing off with her arms tucked next to her sides landing sloppily stepping back with a foot-  And nobody's perfect. // -Kelsey watched them both then prepped to do the pass, she was almost all the way through it but fumbled her her footing after the Roundoff and stopped mid jump, bouncing on the mat- Yeah.. I'm going to try that again... Is Hayley not coming back tonight? -she asked as she walked back to the edge to re-start-
Alexithymiaa: "It was a good start, Kelsey. Just follow through. Don't hesitate. Trust yourself." She glanced over at the doors again, holding up a hand. "I'll go check on her. Just... keep going." She waved her hand at them and walked to the doors, stepping out into the hallway and glancing around. Hearing for the locker room bathrooms, she stepped inside, scanning the room. "Hayley?"-
Tsaaq: She gagged a little as she tried to swallow more pills but her stomach was disagreeing vehemently. She struggled not to cough as she went to lean over the bowl,, heaving. She heard Steph's voice and immeadiately dropped her water and pill bottle. "I'm fine." She said quickly, trying to desperately pick everything up while gagging.
Covet: -Cadence nodded at Steph then looked at Kelsey- Yeah, don't second guess yourself. Just follow through with it. // -Kelsey yawned and nodded her head and started into the prep run and went through the motions with a little more umph Making her way through the pass but her transition from handhandspring to layout was a little rough still, making her landing wonky-
Alexithymiaa: -Her eyes dropped to look down at the floor seeing the water and pill bottle, moving over toward the stall that Hayley was in and lifting her hand to bang against the door with her knuckles. "Hayley, what the hell are you doing?"-
Tsaaq: "I'm just-" Hayley began to speak but ran to the toilet bowl and began to hurl, sniffling between each spray of water and gross sort of softened pills but not really. "Nothing. Go away." She finally called out, going to lean against the wall of the stall again.
Covet: -Cadence tilted her head from side to side- Well you made it through the pass, but let's try that again and see if you can make it smoother. You're still really rough right now. // -Kelsey sighed and nodded her head yawning again- Sorry, I'm not a hundred percent right now, but I can do it. -she said determined and made her way to the edge of the mat to try again-
Alexithymiaa: "No!" She called back to her, taking a step back so she could lift her leg, kicking her foot into the stall door. "Open the door, Hayley!"-
Tsaaq: She fell forward once she felt the kick against the door. "Go away! I'm sick!" Hayley tried to shout but her voice was scratchy.
Covet: -Cadence nodded her head- Alright well We'll call it after this one. It's already pretty late as it is. One more go, give it all you god. // -Kelsey prepped herself and went through each move, still fumbling her landing, but making it through the rest of the pass.- Good enough? please said good enough?
Alexithymiaa: "You are not." She spat, turning on her heels and breaking into a jog out of the locker room, returning to the gym. "Somethings going on with Hayley in the locker room, and frankly, I'm not playing this game. I think you need to get in there." She jerked her thumb over her shoulder toward the door.-
Tsaaq: She remained in her spot on the bathroom floor. "Why don't you just fuck off!?" She asked loudly before realizing she heard her footsteps moving away from the bathroom. "Shit." Hayley sighed before going to a second round of throwing up, forcing herself to stand as she grabbed her bag, trying to run but she was too dizzy for it. She went to pick up whatever was left on the floor and stuffed it in her bag as she slowly moved to where the lockers were.
Covet: -Cadence looked up as Steph came in, letting out a Groan.- Thanks Steph... I'm on it. -Cadence looked at Kelsey- You're good to go, go get some sleep Kels. -She looked at Steph as she ran past her and headed for the locker room, walking in.- Hayley... Jesus...what the fuck are you doing? // -Kelsey gave a tired cheer- Yay! Thanks Cadence....I hope everything is alright..-she said trailing off as Cadence walked past her- I am so tired right now ....I wish I had more energy to help... Goodnight Steph. -Kelsey said as she dragged herself over to her bag, so she could head out -
Alexithymiaa: "Night..." She mumbled to Kelsey as she passed, sweeping her fingers through her hair. "I am so done with this night." Sighing, she leaned down to pick up her bag, grabbing her phone from inside it and sliding her fingers over the screen as she walked out of the gym, making her way down the hallway to head outside.-
Tsaaq: "Just... Sitting here." Hayley replied lethargically as she went to plop down onto a bench. "Thinking." She continued to lie waving her hand at Cadence. "I was just about to come back." She murmured, closing her eyes a little.
Covet: Um, bullshit. Steph already said as much. So you can either tell me here and now, or I can start getting Remy involved. -She crossed her arms, then reached over to take her bag from her, intending to open it up- What did you take?
Tsaaq: She shrugged her shoulders. "Doesn't even matter." She slurred. "Cause I'm pretty sure I threw most of them up..." Hayley sighed, closing her eyes again. "It was just sleeping pills, it's not even that big of a deal. It didn't even work." She tried to stand. "I'm gonna go now." Hayley said, leaning against the lockers to try and leave.
Covet: ...Sleeping pills? Have  you lost your damn mind, Hayley. Fucking Hell. And this right here is exactly why I didn't want to sell you mine. -She watched Hayley and kept her bag, Then took her hand- C'mon. We're going to make sure...I'm not taking any chances....
Tsaaq: "Well what the hell else was I supposed to take? Everything else was confusing!" She said, limping towards the door. "No!" She tried to snatch her hand away. "I'm not going anywhere except where ever I plan to go after this!" She protested.
Covet: You weren't supposed to take anything!  You're coming with me and we're going to the god damn hospital, to make sure none of them are still in your system. -Cadence said keeping a tight grip on her writs and dragging her to the cheer room where her bag, phone and keys were.- You can either go willingly, or we can get the professionals involved. Your choice.
Covet: *wrist
Tsaaq: Hayley struggled staying against the wall as she was being dragged. "No, I'm not going to the fucking hospital." She shouted, trying to bang her head against the wall repeatedly so Cadence would let go of her, feeling dizzy and already bleeding from it.
Covet: -Cadence sighed and pulled her away from the wall, trying to keep her from hurting herself but not wanting to let her go fearing that she'd run Thankfully her sluggishness was providing to be of a little help- Professionals it is... -She said seeing the blood, and grabbed the door for the cheer gym, heading to her bag-
Tsaaq: "Fuck you!" Hayley shouted. "Why can't you just leave me alone and let me die? Nothing matters anymore!" She yelled, her breaths shallow as she tried to wriggle away.
Covet: Because... That's not an option that I gave you. There's plenty that matters, it just doesn't seem that way right now. But I can get you hel -Cadence said fumbling for her phone out of her bag, sending Remy a quick text before she hit 911 on her phone and pressed it to her ear after hitting dial still not letting go, trying to keep herself as calm as possible-
Tsaaq: Hayley grunted, still trying to pull away but getting tired. "I'm gonna throw up again." She muttered as she went a little limp.
Covet: -Cadence went over to the door and grabbed the trashcan, sitting her down next to the door - Throw up in that. Yes, I'm at Northwest State University, We're in the cheer gym, at the main campus building. I've got a young female who's taken some over the counter sleeping pills. She has a history of suicide attempts, and she's trying to hurt herself. Yes, I'll stay on the line. She seems pretty drowsy and lethargic at the moment. Please hurry....She's throwing up as well. -Cadence relayed then put them on speaker so she could answer Remy's text-
Tsaaq: She sat on the floor and gagged a few times to no avail, she laid down sideways on the floor, falling asleep with the trash can in her arms.
Covet: -Cadence watched her slump over to the side and spoke into the phone- She's falling asleep...Hayley... Hayley...-Cadence said nudging her- Don't fall asleep Hayley...I know it's tempting but you need to stay awake... Please...They need to hurry.... -Cadence kept trying to keep her concious until the EMT's showed up, she swallowed hard her heart racing-
Tsaaq: She grunted and made a whining noise as she remained on the floor. Hayley inhaled deeply as she sighed, trying to sit up. "I'm tired." She replied in a whimper, still keeping her eyes closed.
Covet: -Cadence was exstatic when she heard the sound of people rushing down the hallway, she let go of Hayley and pushed open the door-  She's down here...-She said directing them, realizing that she was shaking.- // The EMT's came in and got Hayley loaded up onto a stretcher and asked Cadence about what happened, taking the bag to look at the bottle and take down the information as they got her strapped in and got her loaded into the ambulance, Cadence climbed in, opting to come back and get her stuff and vehicle later.-
Tsaaq: She blinked in and out of conciousness, thrashing violently once she was strapped in. Screeching for one moment and falling silent the next. Eventually she just laid there until they went to the hospital.
