Advised CL on difference between legal/physical/sole/joint custody.

Advised CL on PT-reasonable, specific, supervised. Advised CL reasonable is hard to enforce.

Advised CL on ECE, which is most likely with OP/CL. Advised CL this means he/she must show by CCE that it is in the BI of the MC for custody to be changed.

Advised CL that he/she will have to show there has been a CIC/PC that means custody should be reviewed.
Advised CL on BI factors. Advised CL that Cl will have show the factors clearly favor him. Advised CL the biggest factor in his favor is mental and physical health of the parts. CL will argue that OP can not take care of the MC in her current state, and also that her mental health issues make her a danger to the MC. Advised CL on the other factors as well. Advised CL that his CS arrears, and little time spent with the MC could be weighed against him. Advised CL with OP's current issues he has a solid case for changing custody for MC.
