- The party did battle with the ambushing Phanes. An Uuvudaum made an entrance after some time in battle, and it was dealt with in a similar way. After the battle, Vix and Cassius took one Phane cloak. They noticed the cloaks are quasi-real and from another timeline. The cloaks themselves were weightless. It felt like wearing nothing at all.
- Cassius purged the Uvuvudaum, and Vix harvested its brain and heart. The brain was about the size of a human fist and appeared to be wrinkled and shriveled. The heart is about the size of a human head, and appears to contain many chambers, capable of propelling fluids quickly to ambulate the creature.
