  39. i have just spoken to dean about your hair.. i am not sure that
  40. your hair will be no charge as it was done nearly four week ago now...
  41. we do offer a complimentary service if there is a problem with the
  42. colour with in two weeks.. but four weeks is a bit too long... as i
  43. understand dean had explained to you that you would need to follow up
  44. on your colour as it was bleached out at the ends and you where
  45. returning to a more natural colour... it is normal that the colour
  46. will fade under these circumstances and we would always recommend a
  47. follow up service at around 4 weeks... however this is not
  48. complimentary, sorry if you misunderstood..

  50. this being said... emma will be able to refresh the colour for you
