Current 100% HFO WR Route

Since some of my 100% HFO IL's do not match my full game runs, I decided it was time to revise the route and make some changes and boy were there plenty of them

1: SotM is now going to be at the beginning of the run in order to get a quicker FP into TTM.

2: Speaking of TTM, CoE will be after TTM as opposed to before in order to cut out the movement of getting Hover Box in Castle

3: BM will no longer be using Hover FP. I've always known this to be faster since I started running this category but I decided to prolong this until now because a lot of the room for error I've had before obtaining a 1:30 is now gone, so small timesaves are becoming more important now. And beside, this is quite a risky move because King Boo is gonna be much harder now

4: The shine order in LLL will now take the right path at the start and start with Bully and Silvers, then do the WW that you've never seen me do ever in runs, so be prepared, and then lead that into Reds and Volcano. Like the previous route, LLL will end with it's Secret, just as intended

5: The moment you've all been waiting for, Tippy! Tippy has completely changed, in almost every possible way. We now will be doing TTC first then RR, and then GoS. Why is that, you ask? Okay, so as you seen me do in ILs, Luigi RR without FP is the fastest, but whenever you Quit Game, your character resets to Mario.

6: So the Big Brain move here is we Quit Game after TTC, get Hover in TI, then Quit Game again, this time to to FF. After that's been taken care of, we Quit game once more to do the Prize Shines, this time getting Luigi. Once the shine cancels are done, we do the rest of Tippy as Luigi in the order of TTC -> RR -> GoS
