White Knight

Covet: Tae was sitting at the counter propping her booted foot up on the rail of the chair , while eating a plate full of fries, having finished her guac burger.
Alexithymiaa: -Noah had intended to meet Tae at the cafe after he got out of hockey practice, showering in the locker room before he left so he wasn't a disgusting sweaty mess while eating. Leaving his gear in his car, he made his way into the cafe, seeing her sitting at the counter and dropping down onto a stool next to her. "Sorry, practice ran long."-
Covet: Tae looked over at him, and wiped her mouth really quick, "No worries, I tried waiting but you can only stare at cakes with your stomach grumbling before you have to cave in."
Alexithymiaa: "I probably would have eaten too. I'm fuckin' starving." He said, grabbing a spare menu from the counter to begin browsing, looking for something that tickled his fancy. When he finally decided, he set the menu down, looking to the waitress. "Can I get the chicken teriyaki wrap with onion rings and a cherry coke?" He asked before turning back to Tae. "Hows the ankle?"-
Covet: "It's alright today. Just sore from having it wrapped, and walking around campus. I'll take some of the tylenol they prescribed before bed tonight." She said popping a fry in her mouth. "How was practice tonight?"
Alexithymiaa: -He nodded as the waitress brought over his soda, pulling it closer to him so he could take a sip. "Intense, but we worked some good strings and I think we're going to slaughter Oregon State next week."-
Covet: "What day is the game? Cause I definitely want to be there to cheer on my boyfriend." She said grinning when she said the word.
Alexithymiaa: "Friday night." He said, then looked at her again. "Are you going to do that every opportunity you get?"-
Covet: "Well, yeah. Provided I don't have to work. But on those nights...you can always go to the club after the game to celebrate?" She said with a smirk.
Alexithymiaa: "I meant use the word boyfriend for no actual reason." He said with a grin, sitting up straighter when the waitress brought out his food and set it down in front of him. He picked up the wrap, starting to dig in. "I think on those nights you can expect the entire team to show up to celebrate."-
Covet: "Oh, For a little bit yes. I've only used it with you though." She said with a shrug. "Sorry not sorry."
Alexithymiaa: "I mean it's whatever, you just sound like a nerd." He said shrugging and taking another bite of his wrap. "And I'm sure the entire time will tip really well so we'll make it worth your while."-
Covet: Tae gave him a shove, " I do not, you like it and you know it." She said to him, grabbing another fry to eat. "Hey I'm not complaining if you're going to be bringing me in some extra money. You just have to behave."
Alexithymiaa: -He smirked and leaned away from her as she shoved him, shoving the end of his wrap into his mouth and grabbing for a napkin to wipe his fingers. "What? Don't I always behave?"-
Covet: "I meant all of you, because when guys get together, and are drinking you tend to enjoy yourselves. A lot." She said, having witnessed this often in the club.
Alexithymiaa: "Isn't that the point, that everyone comes out to celebrate and enjoys themselves? What's your point?" He asked, still confused because he didnt see anything wrong with the way him and his friends acted.-
Covet: "Nothing, nevermind. It's nothing the club doesn't know how to deal with accordingly." She said with a laugh at his response.
Alexithymiaa: "I still don't know what you're getting at here." He said as he picked up an onion ring, taking a big bite. "All my friends are fun."-
Covet: "Exactly. Just don't over indulge in that fun. Because it can get out of hand quickly and I wouldn't want you guys to be kicked out." Tae told him.
AlexithymiaaAlexithymiaa : "We wouldnt get out of hand. They're all good dudes." He took another onion ring, waving it as he spoke. "Besides, would you really let me get kicked out?"-
Covet: "I'm just a waitress and part time dancer, I don't have a say over the bouncers doing their jobs." Tae explained to him.
Alexithymiaa: "Yeah, but like... you could just tell them that I'm with you." He said as he pushed it into his mouth. "Well it doesnt matter because Im not going to do anything to get kicked out in the first place, but still."-
Covet: "Yeah, that might just get me fired though too, depending on how bad it was." Tae laughed. "Good, I'd appreciate you not getting kicked out."
Alexithymiaa: "You really think I would do anything that bad?' He asked, startig to crack up because he was pretty amused with that. "Like really, what the hell do you think I would do?"-
Covet: "No not you individually, You all as a group. I see it happen a few times in the club, so it's just a precautionary warning." Tae said with a laugh. "Well, what if I was working and one of the other patrons decides to get a little flirty with me. Would you cause any issues? Cause that kind of comes with the job."
Alexithymiaa: "Well define flirty? Cause like... obviously everyone in the whole building is checking you out and I'm sure you get a shit ton of winks and whatever shit like that every night, but like if someone grabs your ass?" He asked, raising his brows. "That's not cool."-
Covet: "Okay, but it does occasionally happen, But we know how to take care of it and if it gets out of control the bouncers step in. So I just don't want you thinking you need to come defend my honor because you're my white night."
Alexithymiaa: "White knight? Really?" He asked her, cracking up. "I mean as long as you guys handle it or whatever, but if you're not handling it you can't expect me to just watch you be grab assed all night long and have a good time."-
Covet: "Yeah, since you saved me from Drew." Tae said to him. " I promise I will take care of it accordingly. I've been working there long enough most of the regulars know how things work."
AlexithymiaaAlexithymiaa : "I do look good in white." He admitted after a moment of thought. "Actually speaking of, is now when I'm supposed to ask you for a Halloween costume?"-
Covet: "Now would be good, so long as you're willing to help front the cost of materials. Cause I might be your girlfriend, but that's still a lot of work." She said to him, pointing a fry at him.
Alexithymiaa: "I was going to pay for it, but last time you said you didn't have enough time before Halloween to make it and I would have to try for next year. So surprise, I'm trying for this year." He said as he picked up an onion ring and poked it over her fry.-
Covet: "Okay good." She looked at the onion ring, then at him. "Is that an offer?" Because it clearly looked sexual to her.
Alexithymiaa: (It was meant to be hahaha)

Alexithymiaa: -He gave an easy shrug, pulling the onion ring back and tossing it into his mouth. "Seemed like an invitation to me." He slipped off his stool and wiped his hands off on a napkin, tossing it onto the counter. "Did you need a ride back to the house, or just in the house?"-
Covet: "Just in the house, I've got my car. I'll see you back at the house?" She said getting up as she pushed her plate away, leaving her money for her meal on the table.
Alexithymiaa: "Alright, I'll meet you at the house." He said quickly, pulling out his own money for his own meal to drop onto the counter before following her out.-
