Mob-coin / Token System Plugin

Outline:
This plugin functions as a secondary, more exclusive, currency for the server. It allows players to acquire and get them (These tokens/gems/coins whatever you’d like to call them) through a number of different means. These Tokens should have a chance to drop upon a player: killing a certain mob, breaking a certain block, killing another player. Players should be also able to convert / withdraw the tokens into a physical form (like a block or bank note) so it can be used for trades, and other purposes.

Requirements:
Must be Spigot / Paper 1.12.2 Compatible.
Okay / Encouraged to be Vault dependent.
Compatible with MythicMobs drops.
Messages must be customizable.
Customizable drop chances for each mob.
Customizable drop chances per block.
Customizable drop chances per player kill.
Ability to turn Tokens into a bank note / item form.
Ability to give a Player Tokens through a command (from console0).
Ability for a player to check their balance.
Ability to check the balance of a player’s gems.
 Ability to create a shop that accepts Tokens as a form of payment.
