1. Get Seekers
2. Skip Item Loss. Open the gate in Industrial Site.
3. Get E tank and PB expansion and wallcrawl to Agon like any%.
4. Do Sandigger SW and wallcrawl to Dark Beam. Optionally get the E tank in Mining Station Access
5. Get Light beam. Then get both Agon Temple keys nearby.
6. Get Amber, optionally get E Tank nearby, go to Portal Terminal and then to dark world.
7. Open gate in portal site, get last key and use it to get dark suit.
8. Back in the light world, open gate in transport center, then proceed to torvus.
9.  Get supers, then Emerald, then get E Tank in Torvus Temple Access. (for segmented, lower the elevator. Never used in SS)
10. Hydrodynamo station puzzle. Get Gravity, then Main PBs, then leave using gravity.
11. Get dark visor keys and get dark visor. Do Putrid Alcove and unlock Poisoned Bog.
12. Go to Temple Grounds and go to Sacred Path. Get the E tank on the way for the health refill, then unlock Reliquary (have fun). Get Violet.
13. Scan the Emerald and Violet gates (for segmented also scan the Amber Gate and activate the Light block. Never used in SS). Head to Temple Assembly Site and unlock Accursed Lake. Go to Agon. Optionally lower the bridge near the last violet door if this wasn't done earlier.
14. Unlock Agon keys. Enter dark world via portal site.
15. Go to Sanctuary. Take portal, go up elevator, unlock upper portal using seekers, wallcrawl to unlock both keys.
16. Wallcrawl to Echo Visor or go to it inbounds (though inbounds is slower). This can be done after screw attack as well.
17. Unlock Screw Attack and do reverse Grand Abyss. Either wallcrawl to Screw Attack and use robots to get back, or use robots to get to Screw Attack and goomy zoomy back.
18. Unlock screw attack, use robot/drone things to cross Grand Abyss.
19. Fight Quadraxis. Collect Annihilator. Dash out of temple (have fun).
20. Get Sanctuary energy and dash out of temple again (have fun).
21. Go to energy controller inbounds to return energy and get Cobalt.
22. Get Cobalt, unlock Cobalt door in temple.
23. Go to Aerial Training Site and dash to CHWT. Kill Caretaker drone. Kill echo visor guy after Caretaker is dead. (Dark World trip is not necessary, but if you opt out DO NOT kill the echo visor guy on your first pass through Central Transport Area West. Also, on the first pass through Central Transport Area West you may need to wait a bit before opening the door to prevent a crash.)
24. Go to torvus and bypass statue in training chamber from behind (use the bomb slot). Use portal in Hydrodynamo Shaft. Unlock Dungeon.
25. Go to Temple Grounds. Unlock Defiled Shrine and Sky Temple Gateway. Equip Annihilator. (Scan the "Amber" gate in Staging Grounds for segmented. Never used in SS.)

27. Get Light Suit
28. Go to agon, do sandigger SW and wallcrawl to sanctuary elevator.
29. Minigyro SW and wallcrawl to Central Transport Area West. Go to dark world. Judgement Drop SW. Go to light world. Screw Attack.
30. Get cannonball and go to energy controller using the temple SW. Warp to great temple. Go to agon. Get bombs.
31. Go to Portal Site. Get Oasis with map on wrong room. Do air underwater secret world, wallcrawl to get Battleground, leave Agon to Temple Grounds.
32. Get Accursed Lake, get Reliquary (have fun).
33. Warp to Sanctuary. Get spider. Proceed to portal. Get sanctuary keys (have fun). After Hall of Combat Mastery, wallcrawl to Transit Station and go to Torvus.
34. Go to Main Hydrochamber, then go do Undertemple Shaft SW and Go to portal chamber. Go oob then back in bounds to reach portal. Get first torvus key. Go back to portal chamber (dark world) and wallcrawl to Dungeon from there. Get Dungeon key (have fun) and go to catacombs. Go oob there and wallcrawl to elevator (you can force load). Go to portal chamber. Go oob then back in bounds to reach portal. Get Poisoned Bog.
35. Go to Temple Grounds. Get Defiled Shrine. Kill final bosses (have fun).
