report general parameters:
  --title TITLE, -t TITLE
                        Report title for both email and PDF
  --timezone TIMEZONE, -Z TIMEZONE
                        Output timezone of report. All processed data will be
                        converted to UTC and then normalized to this timezone.
                        By default the timezone the script is run under will
                        be used... and confuse the hell out of you.
  --zone ZONE, -z ZONE  Specific zones (Specify multiple times) otherwise all
                        zones
  --department DEPARTMENT, -d DEPARTMENT
                        Specific departments (Specify multiple times)
