Drop down, push bar, jump straight to ledge, up ramps, 2 top middle switches

Jump down left, straight, straight, chair jump, through door, left through door, down and thorugh door, hit elevator switch

Right up stairs, left to align block, drop down hole, push ball and push bar left once

Up left stairs, straight to switch, down and push bar left again, up left stairs, straight to switch

Back up to red area, straight through to door, straight through pink corridor

Push far right block left, Push straight block left, Align ball and grab it, Push far right block left, push last block right, walk towards door

Red room 2nd ledge right to door, slide left up wall , enter yellow door, jump down left,  align block, up to switches, far left and around, middle switch and out the door

Right and up straight, Jump onto left side of orb, land on ledge with switch

Straight up stairs, up stairs through door, left through door, Jump along edge of green room

Hit middle switch, turn right, left, left, left (middle), up left stairs to door

Hit switch, up far stairs to door, up stairwell to switch, get puzzle and back out door

Left around through door, line up 4 squares, circle semi triangle square,
triangle hexagon triangle hexagon,  triangle circle semi square

walk backwards (yellow, green)

Right through door, push block into wall, go to end left area, end right area, first left area, first right area, get orb, back out up red stairs

[Science]

Through right door, up right stairs, align block, through far right switch

Up stairs, straight, up stairs, up left, straight down off ledge, through middle polls

Diamond shape and switch for green door, straight up green stairs, purple switch, right to bar, right to next bar, right to next bar, (4 seconds each), back out green, back out

(grey world) Right, up around and left to two poles

closest far right, straight, far end right, straight, back to original, switch, through door

Straight, Zig zag through middle red bit, up right to stairs, stand on switch, back out, back out, back out

(grey world) Down all the way left to two poles

Hit white switch run straight, jump straight down and end
