  2. Adalicia let out a huff of irritation, time was being wasted with whoever was inside and her threats were shrugged off. An order to breach the door was about to be given before all of a sudden through the short silence granted a voice came through, one that said to represent a member of the nobility of Tellos. A hand she then raised as a hand before anyone could or would do anything.
  3.
  4. Hearing Henrik through the vox she then looked back down to him before giving him a nod. "Then let them know, I'll deal with these joggi bastards for now. Tell me as soon as you get the Captain and Commissar's word on what to do with these rabble." She said through the vox before turning over to Valentin. "If they start anything? Blow these doors and do them in." She voxed to him before clearing her throat and with her glaive in both hands she then rapped the barricaded door with the pole end of it.
  5.
  6. "I am Sergeant Adalicia of Alpha Squad of the 1st Company 157th Bolwerc Shock Infantry, I am also from the Enduring House Malmström. Right now I have my specialist sending information back to my Captain and Commissar of your presence, they will be the ones to decide what do with you ser scion and your principle as well as the Tellosi Constabulary with you. You have my word as a Sergeant and noble that your principle will be treated with respect of their status, if my commanding officers would like to take you in of course." She said before taking a deep breath.
  7.
  8. "But for now? We wait for the decision." She said before she gave a nod to Valentin and the others as she then turned her head to look at Henrik as she waited word from him.

  10.
  11. "It's good to speak to someone of gentle birth. Someone of honor." The Bodyguard says. "Sir?" He asks, quietly.
  12.
  13. Sir Armel says through the door. "Your terms are acceptable, Lady Malmstrom, should your superiors come through."
  14.
  15. The Noble continues. "Constables, if you'd disarm yourselves? You have my word of honor I will ask for your good treatment in custody."
  16.
  17. "Not till we hear a real promise from these offworlders. So far all I heard was a lotta Ifs." The Enforcer Captain growls. She quickly appends "Err, with all due respect, Sir Armel."

  20. "Milady, Valentin, if these fools are who they say they are then I wouldn't be surprised if Captain Schafer and Commissar Hakim will want at least this Ser Erwan taken alive." He explains as he opens up the Vox, his Lascarbine hanging from one hand and the Vox's mouthpiece in the other within reach of the two NCOs. "Just say the word and I'll let them know."

  22.
  23. The vox crackles as Henrik dials the Command Squad.
  24.
  25. It's the Lt. who answers, not the Captain. "A traitor noble and some enforcers? If they'll go quietly, disarm them and send them to the rear. Commissariat will want to talk to them, and Munitorium Intelligence too I suspect. Epsiolon Lead out." The vox crackles dead.
  26.
  27. With that, Adalicia shouts for trapped noble and enforcers to come out.
  28.
  29. "We're moving slowly, hands in air. I can only hope you will not renege on your word of honor, Lady Malmstrom." The bodyguard says, steely smooth.
  30.
  31. There is a moment of silence, then the door slowly opens. The Bodyguard is the first through. The man is tall, built broad and powerful, enough to even suspect genebulking. he's wearing a silver longcoat, stylish but still flak cloth. His face is partially masked by a bronzed carapace helm, but his eyes are visible and focused forward. His hands are in the air, and the pistol holster by his side is empty. A half dozen weapons point at him, but he hardly seems fearful.
  32.
  33. Sir Armel is next. The man appears young, light of hair and fair of skin and facial features. He wears a fine mesh cloak of the same silver as the bodyguard's Coat, over a bronzed breastplate. He seems nervous, but not overly fearful to be facing down near on a dozen foreign soldiers. He gives a nervous smile, possibly for his own nerves if nothing else.
  34.
  35. Trailing in his wake is what is unmistakably a servant. A slightly older man in a silver coat, a silver chain resting over his shoulders, hunched over as if from the weight. This one is more obviously nervous around the Bolwercs, but he says nothing.
  36.
  37. Once the noble and retinue are through, the sounds of guns being set down and magazines ejected issues from the room. The Enforcer Captain says "We're coming out too. Don't start shooting." Her voice is somewhat fearful, barely disguised by a rough growl.
  38.
  39. Two enforcers are first through the door, much more reluctant. They're wearing rust colored armor, bulky Enforcer Carapace plates, with heavy faceplates that might be intimidating were the Bolwercs not pointing rifles at them. The Captain follows. She's only wearing half the armor, a heavy set of plates over her torso and arms, but helmet and legs missing. A patrol cap adorns her head, no doubt hastily thrown on. All three of them are unarmed.
  40.
  41. A moment passes.
  42.
  43. The four additional Constables fail to appear. Kristen ducks into the room to look, revealing no hiding enforcers, boltgun, or heavy stubber. Just an overturned table, weapons strewn behind it. Another table nearby has a neat collection of fine weapons, including what looks like a silver chased boltpistol. Laid out in a such a way, no doubt expecting repatriation to their owners after captivity.
  44.
  45. The Enforcer Captain nervously shrugs. "I may have slightly exaggerated." The Lasguns pointing at her face lower. Slightly.
  46.
  47.
  48.
  49. +++++++++++++
  50.
  51. A small detail leaves to march the prisoners towards rapidly establishing rear lines, just a few blocks down. They make sure to carefully navigate over the breach in the precinct wall, avoiding the enemy's fire. It doesn't take but an hour for them to return, while the rest of the squad was busy sweeping the building.
  52.
  53. The first floor contains the lobby, the room the stragglers had been hiding in, and a garage. The room turns out to be a cellblock and guard area-a single cell for offenders, the floor splattered with long dried blood. Room for a few Guards and a dusty, worn looking vox. The Garage is expansive, enough for two or three vehicles easily, but only one is evident. A six wheeled light armored car, crowned with a pair of heavy stubbers. A Scarab Patrol car, a common sight in the arsenals of many Enforcer Cadres, including the Bolwerc Internal Battalions
  54.
  55. The second floor includes a small office with a metal desk, metal chair, and a small cot. A few cheap dataslates are scattered across one half of the desk. A thick tome dominates the other, entitled "Lex Tellios, Et Brevis."
  56.
  57. Another room reveals a small sleeping room, eight cots, plus closets for uniforms. Windows that would look out over the courtyard are armored, clearly designed to be used as firing ports.
  58.
  59. The final room on the second floor turns out to be an armory. Unfortunately, the place is already mostly cleared out. Racks where shotguns and carbines once stood are empty, clearly already taken. A few stray drums of shells and magazines can be shaken out, to be used with the abandoned weapons on the first floor. The stands where armor was held are all empty, except for a few scattered pieces here and there. A lonely cogitator and desk stands in the middle of the room, clearly used for dormant security systems.
  60.
  61. It takes Henrik's keen eyes to notice the real prizes. A recession along the wall reveals a hidden compartment, which when pried open with a bayonet reveals the Precinct's stash of heavy weapons. This too has been mostly cleared out, but a fat, stubby Grenade launcher remains, along with pair of spare cylinders loaded with shells. The long, slender form of a Sniper Rifle is also present, a telescopic scope atop, thumb sized rounds loaded into a pair of magazines beside it. Finally, a pair of ammo cans labeled "12.7mm", for Heavy Stubbers. One Manstopper, one Dum-Dum.
  62.
  63. (OOC: Henrik's scrutiny success, 1 DoS)
  64.
  65. The squad meets back up in the entrance hall, the sound of howling artillery ominous in the background, an inventory in their minds, and plans for fortification forming....
