Challenge Board R.S.R

CHALLENGE BOARD:
Hey! I figured some people here would be up for this, so we'll do some experimenting to see how people approach this and what kinds of results they get. To start: This board is for posting challenges or tasks for other PCs to complete for a reward. Here are the rules for using/regarding the Challenge Board:

1. You are to ONLY post Challenges in here- if you'd like to discuss challenges in depth or ask questions, please head to Memo-Chat (Ping me if you'd like the role for Memo-Goer, and not that lengthy inactivity will result in this role being removed.)

2. The format for posting a Challenge goes as such:

RATING + NAME: ***Challenge/Mission/Task Name Here*** (These will be ranked from 1-5 stars. The higher the ranking, the greater the difficulty.)
DESCRIPTION: This is where you will post the important details regarding your challenge/mission/task. Lengthy details are not required, but should give a good idea of what it is people will be getting into.
REWARD: This is where you will list the IC-reward.
GM: This is where you will put your name, handle, and discord tag so that people can get ahold of you if they're interested in your challenge/mission/task.

3. Challenges are meant to happen outside of the main room, but minor exposition or set-up is allowed in main, so long as it doesn't clog it up and drown out the usual roleplay that happens within it.

4. Each Challenge that's posted is also posted in the main IC room (You do not have to manually rp this out, of course.) so that it's always visibly apparent what there is to do.

5. Do not use any forms of deception, this board is meant to be more informative *OOCly* than ICly. You are not to post a low-ranked mission and suddenly have it ramp up in difficulty- you are to post exactly how challenging it will be. Missions should not be incredibly challenging, and the likes of a 5-star mission will definitely call for teamwork to an extent- there are not many powerful OCs in Library, so understand that any high-ranking missions may not gather interest for a long time.

6. If you are going to post a mission that would have an impact on the setting, please let me and the other mods know beforehand. This is just so we can confirm that what you're planning to do won't be too insane. If you feel like what you're proposing may be too extreme, then it probably is- but we're willing to be lenient for the people who enjoy more challenging tasks.

7. You are only to join in on a mission if the GM of the mission has approved that you can- do not sneak others in without first informing and getting clearance from the GM to do so.

8. If your character is capable of very easily completing a challenge to the point where it's *not* a challenge, wait a little while to see if someone who isn't overqualified would like to take a crack at it. This is just so one or two very capable characters don't complete everything before other people get time to do them.

9. You are allowed to post entries that can be completed multiple times. If you do, make note of who has previously completed these missions. If you would like to have multiple characters complete the same mission, first check to see if someone would like to go after you, just so they aren't waiting for your other characters to complete it and *then* they get their shot. Person A should only go once before it's Person B's turn.

10. If you have an issue with something that's been posted, please be civil about it and don't criticize others for what they see as entertaining or challenging. If a challenge or mission ends up violating any of the rules listed or requires adjustment, please ping me or one of the other mods.
