Im sure that you remember me. My IRC name is XXX. I know that I may act stubborn at times, but I have alot of time on my hands lately. I was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma (Bone Cancer) six months ago and I recently found out that I don't have much longer to live. I don't get to play FNM much anymore due to my illness and Magic-League is all I really have these days. I try and get along with everyone on ML but from time to time I have an issue with certain players. I don't generally get into it with staff members but I have found that I have an enemy on Magic-League and his name is Clariax. I admit that sometimes I disagree with some of the rules on ML, but generally I try and follow those rules as best I can. There have been many instances where I have crossed paths with Clariax and it hasn't turned out well. I wont give you every instance as example's, but I will tell you about what happened today.

I was curious as to what the deal was with moscowdemon's masters series. I typed into the main chat room "!minibeg!!" sort of as a joke. As a side note, I know that minibegging is against the rules. I wasnt asking for a mini, i wasnt telling a judge that i wanted a mini, I simply typed "!minibeg!!". I was in the middle of typing a message in the main channel that said something like this, "moscow: sorry, i was just kidding about the "!minibeg!!", I was wondering if the tournaments in your "masters series" were planned events or random because i would like to participate in this series if I can." Before I could send this message through, I noticed that I was no longer in the channel. I tried to rejoin to learn that I had been banned by Clariax! I was so shocked that he banned me. I was thinking to myself and later stated to Clariax in the judges4you channel that he clearly doesnt like me and is treating ME differently than he or any judge would treat anyone else. It would have been one thing if I had minibegged and then once i recieved a warning, i kept doing it and then got banned but NO, I was immediately banned without any warning. There is no possible way that he knew that I was aware of the minibegging rule. I was thinking to myself, why would he just immediately ban me instead of maybe just giving me a warning about it or EVEN kicking me from the channel and then warning me not to do it again. I have personally seen Clariax give out warnings to people before who minibeg 10x more than I had in this situation WITHOUT any sort of kicking or banning.

When I went to j4u channel, I said "I didn't know about the rule". I was attempting to feel out the situation and see exactly WHY such a harsh punishment was administered. It was a lie, I admit, its purpose was not malicious in nature. I tried to find out why I was receiving special treatment from Clariax and WHY he had to single me out. I expressed my concerns with him and tried to get him to see my point of view but he refused saying something like "you knew it was against the rules". I told him, yes i did, but you didn't know that i was aware of that!

If you think that I am completely out of line, then please tell me because I feel that what he is doing is wrong. He is singling me out and giving me "special treatment" that he would NEVER give the average joe. I feel that he is abusing his power and using it as a weapon against me to fuel his ongoing hatred for me....

I always speak my mind and sometimes its to a fault. I dont have much time left on this earth and while im here I would like to NOT be treated differently than everyone else. I dont usually tell people on here about my illness, but I feel like nobody understands what its like to be singled out. Its like Clariax just told me a while ago through a private message, "you haven't been singled out.  you're just not that important". Maybe he is right, but I still FEEL like I have been wronged.

Thank you for listening and I don't expect you or anybody on the staff to understand. All that I am asking is to maybe do something that will prevent Clariax from singling me out. Its the worst feeling in the world to be singled out. I just want to be treated like everybody else while im still here.
