  1. [22:32] White stained the surroundings as the occultist Regent would fly high above the clouds. Sky blue eyes watched the surroundings to the south, noting the fornications that were being made, buildings in the area. Tragedy and other forces were often around here and with Elizabeth gone it would be their job to do battle against the forces of evil they could come across.
  2.
  3. And yet today it would not exactly be a force of evil they spotted, but indeed one of sin. The Angelic wings would descend as the sky blue eyes stared sternly downwards towards a familiar visage, hopefully the shadow that is cast alerting her to their presence far before they arrived.
  4.
  5. "Amoxtli."
  6.
  7. Sounds go silent around as terrible winds kick up, carrying around the plains in the form of tornadoes.
  8.
  9. "You are one who has forsaken the right to choose. You will be brought to Ardent to be purged of your sin, and stand trial for your crimes. You fought in the battle of Crafthold; Andeven after I warned the civilians to evacuate so that people like you, or your children might escape the fate that now stands before you.
  10.
  11. I want to know why. For what purpose did you fight? Then again.. You have always been against your cleansing."
  12. (Ikkaku Ukitake)
  13. [22:40] "...fuckin' hell."
  14.
  15. Amoxtli backed off as the other flying figure started to land, two hands reaching to wield the black gun that rested on her back. Still, the Drakanite didn't charge it yet, her eyes narrowing to form a sharp glare as she sized up the familiar figure. They didn't seem injured; nay, not at all. However, this time around she wasn't injured. Perhaps..
  16.
  17. She inhaled sharply. "My children are safe from Ardent's slaughter." Amoxtli spat the words out like venom. "I fought because I made 'n agreement with Geese. I honor agreements. I ain't dumb. I was goin' ta' go see Suha, ta' be 'cleansed,' on ta' condition that Ardent would not attack ta' crafters of Crafthold."
  18.
  19. "Yah lied. Yah all lied. Yah attacked anyways, not because of the crafter's fault, but due to the fuckin' aggression of the most powerful figure in the entire world. Tragedy. There's a civilization ta' yah west, completely abandoned by Aetherius, but yet yah attack the POPULATED place anyways!"
  20.
  21. The Drakan's wings took shape, flailing out behind her as she glared down her enemy. "Yah're nothin' but bloodthirsty liars, pickin' 'n the ones who just wanted ta' fuckin' live their lives. Schoolyard bullies."
  22.
  23. "If yah don't want ta' fuck away now, I'll bully you the same way yah folk tried ta' bully the safety of Fort Port."
  24. (Amoxtli)
  25. [22:48] There is a shake of the new Regent's head.
  26.
  27. "Then you lied, and you are responsible for the attack as well. I asked if you would be cleansed and you refused. It wasn't conditional, you could have explained that. But you refused to seek help, and actions have consequence. And we must live with the consequences that we make.
  28.
  29. I did not lie. I said that I would seek to stop chaos. And when sin mages, Tragedy, and Archons all go to one location, that is where the chaos is. Should the sin mages stop and seek cleansing, and Tragedy be chased out of Crafthold? The attacks can stop. But so long as my people are injured when they go south, so long as that place is a hive of evil, I do not intend to stop attacking it.
  30.
  31. Each time, I will tell them to evacuate the civilians before hand. I do not want innocent blood spilt. But anyone who fights in these battles for Gaiar is guilty and fighting for chaos and evil. And they will be judged as foes of good."
  32.
  33. The pair of white wings spread as a blue light glows from Ikkaku.
  34.
  35. "Justice must be brought to those who murder and are properly judged. We must have a society without corruption. We must have a world that isn't ruled by our base desires. And so I will make that world. A world where people are safe from falling to sin, and a world where people are safe from monsters like Tragedy.
  36.
  37. Draw your gun Amoxtli. Attempt to fight before I cleanse you of your sin like you need to be."
  38. (Ikkaku Ukitake)
  39. [22:57] Wind kicked up around her as her gun charged. "I won't be CLEANSED BY YAH. That's what every damn Jink that meets me says. Amoxtli! Sin of Gluttony! Purification! Good! Then they attack me. That's how it always goes. Even before the sin aura ever activated ONCE, Cassius attacked me without sayin' shit, aimin' that damn hammer for my HEAD."
  40.
  41. "YAH AIN'T GOOD. IF YAH'RE GOIN' TA' PREACH THAT, AT LEAST BE HONEST. The only person who's trustworthy within yah rank is Suha. If yah're so blinded by what yah believe in, then I better fuckin' let myself be blinded, too, yah."
  42.
  43. Jumping backwards, the wind around her forms into tornados, and her eyes narrow. She bares her teeth, the canines growing suspiciously and inhumanly sharper as she displays them
  44.
  45. "Fight fire with fire, eh?"
  46.
  47. It was the last thing she said before she was overcome by her gluttony, letting the feeling creep in and overtake her. It was something that was more and more of a habit now; a feeling she was slowly growing used to.
  48.
  49. The first volley fires off.
  50. (Amoxtli)
  51. [23:11] ** Ikkaku Ukitake has inflicted an injury upon Amoxtli. ("Permanent Injury", "Permanent Injury", "Permanent", "Severity: MODERATE (-20 Vit)") **
  52. [23:23] The fight would be a long one.
  53.
  54. Amoxtli's wins tore across the earth and would find themselves constantly struck upon by Ikkaku's own. The man started in the air, held aloft by the winds before descending to the ground. Water would rise up and about them, covering them head to toe in a small barrier as they threw sound and winds would track after the gluttony sinner. Sky blue eyes followed after her all the while yet..
  55.
  56. Her wounds would close from her sin, but an energy of it's own would come to Ikkaku, healing them. The benovlence in the air grew thick as water stole across the earth, sounds deafened, and although they struggled to connect with the Drakanite while also blocking her fearsome blows..
  57.
  58. Eventually they would pull ahead. Although beam after beam would miss and it certainly would take a while before they were used to releasing their gusts of power, they seamlessly would connect it against the sinner until she was forced into the earth.
  59.
  60. The bright blue light shines, seeping into Amoxtli's eyes as Ikkaku battled on. There was something in it, a justice.. Although it wouldn't seal away her sin, Ikkaku's will for her not to use it seared itself into her mind.. Even if she called it forth in the future, there would be a strong desire to resist that, and she certainly wouldn't use it at full power, not until that light that would partially be in her vision was gone.. Something mental more then physical.
  61.
  62. "Amoxtli. You are beaten. You can call me a liar all you so desire but you must face the facts and you must face the truth.. Do not let sin bind you any further. Come with me, be purged of it and stand against the tide of rising chaos..
  63.
  64. Or fall to it, and be judged as so."
  65.
  66. A gloved hand extends to the Drakanite, likely their last offer. There was hope, and as wounds on Ikkaku closed there continued to be hope.
  67. (Ikkaku Ukitake)
  68. [23:37] The anti-sin and the sin combatted, much as occultism and holy did the same. Two enemies in force circled and spun, the fight long and.. tedious.
  69.
  70. Multiple times, Amoxtli seemed to slow down, panting with her jaw held open, sweat dripping from her forhead as she fell back and recovered. A weakness that she had that the enemy seemed to not; her mana running all-too-dangerously low in the most needed of times. It came as a surprise the first time, but the second two she tried her best to predict, wings threatening to become wind once again.
  71.
  72. Another thing activated in her mind. An unfamiliar will; the second one now looming over her, contesting her for her own. Worse yet, the two wills contested with each other; another sin's mark on her head and the justice shining in her eyes. That made the battleground between the two a rather.. well, important part of the human body.
  73.
  74. She looked almost instantously dizzy as she flew backwards, taking a knee for a second as she forced herself to glare at Ikkaku, sweating and hardly being able to breath.
  75.
  76. "...I will not.. let YAH.. purge it. Yah ain't... trustworthy. Ain't... yah're goin' ta' kill me. I know it."
  77.
  78. She spat in his general direction with some difficulty. "The only person.. who can TOUCH me.. with that DAMNABLE MAGIC.. is Suha. That is.. the agreement. She is the ONLY ONE.. of you that is SANE."
  79. (Amoxtli)
  80. [23:44] The sky blue eyes would watch Amoxtli from their kneeling position, typhoons and tornadoes now swirling around the two of them. Their presence would be masked from the parries. A gloved fist clenches by their side, and then there is a calm exhale from underneath the mask.
  81.
  82. "Do it quickly if that is your intent. I will not wait for results; I am a person who will make the results reality if it takes too long for others to get to it. And if I have to purge you of sin myself, you very much won't be liking it.
  83.
  84. This is of course.. If you escape my winds."
  85.
  86. The Tornadoes begin to close in, the intent likely visible, that to wear out the wings of the drakanite, drain her mana one last time so that she might be unable to escape. Should that happen, she would likely be trapped for whatever cleansing the Regent wished for.
  87.
  88. "You say I an not trustworthy. But how can I trust you when you lied and said you would not seek cleansing? You can not trust me, because I can not trust you. You have lied to me before. Either fix yourself of sin in the next year or there will be no more chances."
  89.
  90. The winds continue to circle closer. Now would be a good time to fly away.
  91. (Ikkaku Ukitake)
  92. [23:52] Without another word, she snarled. Wings flailing out, she'd catch some of the excess wind coming off of the encapsulated area, using it to rush slower-then-normal into the skies above. She didn't even risk using a shockwave for her own, fearing she'd collapse from that alone.
  93.
  94. Still, to ensure that the also-winged Reagent didn't think of following her-... did she just?
  95.
  96. Yes.
  97.
  98. An egg flew truly through the air, aimed at the leader's mask as Amoxtli made her retreat.
  99. (Amoxtli)
  100. [23:55] As Amoxtli made her exit, an egg flew towards Ikkaku's visage. The sky blue eyes stared towards her, lifted above as it came closer and closer and-
  101.
  102. Like a million strands of spider web, the egg slowly would slow down until it merely hovered in the air. It would be paused there as the sky blue eyes continued to stay upon Amoxtli, watch her make her depart. It seemed that they were serious about here only escaping the winds and not them..
  103.
  104. Ikkaku is there for but a moment longer before they turn around. From where they were, their body turns into mist and is gone with the winds like morning dew.
  105. (Ikkaku Ukitake)
